Great service all the way from front desk, prompt service calls, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast included. A+ grade for Uttam, Arpita, Anita, Sunil and Ankit in the cafe. Wish they accept foreign credit cards

Miss.Indu Sahoo extremely supportive member from housekeeping team of Sarovar portico hotel. She helped me a lot and anytime she used to spread her helping hands towards the guests.I really appreciate her efforts and her work is so much neat and clean that any guest can easily appreciate.She made my stay a very happy and joyful.

Staff were really were good.I really like the hospitality part in the restaurant specially staffs named Ankit,Kajal,Manisha and sunil so cooperative.I really liked their behaviour towards customer.And quality of food was also very good

The ambience of the hotel is great...feels like staying in a palace. Food is good and we find a variety out here. Support staff are sweet and very hospitable. Specially Pratima, Kajal, Ankit and Sunil. 

Can work on the power backup and swimming pool cleanliness.

If you want to be in a place which is comfy and is away from the tantrums of the city. This is a perfect destination.

It was a good experience staying at Royal Retreat and especially I was amazed seeing the women empowerment at the property and the behaviour of the staff was good.

We visited on one of our friends birthday and the treatment and service was very awsome at this restaurant specially the staffs Mr Ankit verma , Manisha and Sunil showed a very good gesture and provided an awsome service.

I love to stay in Royal Retreat hotel specially for the foods they served .Ankit Verma and his team Pratima and others are so much cooperative.They have real concern for the people who stays over here as today I was busy in my work and suddenly got a call from restaurant and I found that it was already 10:20 am .After that I went for breakfast and though the time has exceeded they even don't feel me like they are not happy and they have to doing their task even the time has over . I really prefer to stay in that hotel if I have any task related to Ranchi city .
Last time due to some obvious reasons I have to stay at Le Lac hotel but due to the reasons of foods this time again I choose Royal Retreat hotel.
Thanks for the entire team and also other staffs - operators,room service and others and they all take care a lot for the guests .
