It's value for money hotel, location 10 out 10 area wise very good place, food & services  superb, cooperative staff, rooms are bigger and much spacious and most amazing things all rooms have  direct sunlight. 360 veiw Swimming pool. Love to stay, enjoying.

Superb hotel with excellent services and value for money.

Good room. Great buffet with an amazing spread. Courteous staff always looking forward to feedbacks. We didn't opt for the dinner buffet, but it sure looked delicious.  The rooms have large windows and offer a good view of the city, especially if you get a room on the higher floors. The location of the hotel is perfect. Without the city chaos, yet just 5 minutes away from the epicenter. 

5 Star for location & food

I have been cheated by them where i have made a booking calling at the number 9306346589 & they have asked for advance 3000 rupees against my booking. I have paid them through phonepay & asked for the confirmation. The guy on other side asked for logging into my phonepay account to get the invoice. They also informed please enter money 9950 for getting their account details & enter the UPI where after payment i can see the bill pay options. They thought me as dumb but i denied to do the transaction, they literally used slang & another person also pitched in during the conversation.
I am reporting this to Cybercrime & also need to see how this guys can escape. Do not ever fall into their trap!!

Park Prime review based on incident happened today

I have stayed in LeLac Sarovar and few other hotels of similar budget in Ranchi, but find the Park Prime stands out among them in all the terms, quality of room, services, food. Special mention goes to Kalyan who takes care of restaurant his service is awesome and take special care of guests when it comes to food. If I again visit Ranchi, Park Prime is the go to hotel for me.

And last but not the least its location is very good, away from hustle and bustle and lot of greenry around it

Very good hotel and service at decent budget

had shifted to this hotel after poor stay in another ranchi hotel. 

Rooms were clean, linen was fresh. Staff was polite and good service. Charges were justified for the room and the overall experience. Can recommend.

Good room and polite service

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights recently on an official work. I had a suit room. Had problem with the door opening-Digital lock did not work properly. There was no pressure in the showers-only trickling. No hot water flow-every morning had to call reception to come and fix it up. Otherwise room was spacious, clean & comfortable.
B/F was a small buffet. Very limited menu option for dinner but friendly staff.
With little care management can make it a better hotel

The Goods; good size,  spacious, well-lit rooms , decent service, friendly floor staffs, overall comfortable stay

the Bads; lethargic reception, ordinary entrance lobby.

Verdict; perfect value for money if distance from Railway Station and Airport is not your major consideration

BEST OPTION IF BARIYATU, KANKE, MORABADI IS YOUR AREA OF INTEREST

The buffet lunch of Park Prime on Sundays are really good. Everything from starter to main course to desert are really yummy. Nice place with Good Ambience . You can comfortably take your kids along with you. Staff are well behaved and trained. But they need to work on their menu. Its kinda repetitive for frequent visitors like us.One special thing you may enjoy here - swimming pool at the rooftop.
One of the best place in ranchi to organise seminars, workshops because they have a huge auditorium. Liked it very much.
Room rates are approx 3500 + tax with breakfast. Breakfast spread is ok having normal Indian spread. Has a SPA , swimming pool , GYM and travel desk.

Comfortable and Cosy

This hotel is a little outside the city, but is newly built up. They have decent rooms & service. Breakfast timings are a little odd though, but has a lot of variety & tasty stuff.
Rooms are neat, clean & well maintained. The service team is also good & friendly.
In all a decent stay, while you do have a lot of other options in the city as well. 

Decent stay

I had stayed here during one of my corporate meet, the staff are really helpful to provide all the required during our workshop. The food was very good and healthy, the chef understand the needs of a frequent traveller and the food was as per my requirements.
