best place to stay. must try when at yercard. best place with kids. enjoy the place with kid. good envoirnment to stay. might be feel expensive but worth for it .  food is good. accomadtion is good ...

best place to stay

Good ambience and such a kind and friendly staffs..safe n good place to stay..Overall a good stay..Rooms and neat and clean..Food was very good….the wood fired pizza was our favourite….a very good and peaceful n pleasant stay…

Calm and beautiful 

wonderful place!!! i had booked 3 nights 4 days estate suite aug26-29 2023, overall ambience was wonderful. 
the room looks more rustic classic pre independence British style with even the switches old style black ones. 
 great food, esp breakfast idle/dosa/vada were upto to the standards expected of Salem area. 
also dont forget to try out the wood fire pizza in the evening and they are great too.
the manager Sashi was very courteous and helpful. Seeralan the restaurant manager was also at his best when it comes to customer service.
Location wise its bang on the Yercaud lake area (you can easily walk to the lake) and poppy hills fun park. equally easily go to peeku park/sky park towards pagoda point very easily (~ 10 mins drive).
Overall i would say that this was a very memorable stay and i would like to come back once more.

excellent place

This resort was too expensive for the kind of rooms we got. The property is beautiful, and the food was tasty. The buffet spread was ok. But the room quality wasn't good. The towels were dirty, bathroom was just a basic style one and was small. All the view points were near to this hotel like in the radius of 3-4 km.

Overrated

Just returning back from Indeco Lake Forest resorts. Excellent place..great ambience... complete vintage feel...with heritage vibes... colonial ambience....it's within the coffee plantation ...Indeco Lake Forest resorts is an amazing place for a great weekend. Food was amazing. Courteous staff. Wood fire pizza was the highlight. Cherry on the cake was Ms. Lakshmi the manager was kind enough to coordinate with all the facilities for a memorable stay with family

Fantabulous stay

This is a nice weekend gateway, around 200 km from Bangalore. Very close to the Lake and easily approachable from the main road. This is a nice property, with rooms spread across multiple layers. This means you need to navigate some stairs to each to your room (the cheaper rooms are further away, costlier rooms are nearer to the entrance/restaurant). The Victoria rooms can easily accommodate 3 adults. Rooms are very big with a seating/dining table, dressing table, TV and chair, apart from one queen bed and one single bed. Breakfast in the restaurant is decent - nothing to worry about. For Dinner, the must try one is their woodfire Pizza (available from 6:30 PM). It's delicious and available in multiple veg and non-veg varieties. In general, this is a very good place to unwind, with nature all around you. Do not expect much of mobile network - so if that's a must-have for you, you should not pick this place. If you are looking for a peaceful silent time, then this is the right place. 

Nice weekend gateaway

Very nicely located and quaint property. The team led by Dev, the manager, is amazingly responsive, efficient and friendly, ably supported by Siva the Chef whose fare is as homely as it can get. The place is clean, secure and very nicely maintained with a well laid out garden and a lovely view.  Dev volunteered to take us on a trecking trail and that is something that must not be missed. The bungalow is supposedly 100 years old and while most of the interiors are done well, some bits of it do not go well to showcase the rich heritage it comes with.
Our only grouse was while we paid based on the rack rate when we made our booking almost two months in advance through a well known booking site, we found the rate was just half what we were paying, on websites closer to the date of stay. looks like it does not make sense to book here in advance! I have brought this to the notice of the management and will keep you posted if they do address it.

Great stay. Extremely hospitable. Tariff was very high.

A museum within a hotel a hotel which is well curated with artefacts and memories from a bygone era.  Steve being an ardent curator and historian loves his job in restoration and preservation. Wishing the team all the very best 

Unwind in the hills 

No second thought. Must go for there spacious rooms and great property. Food is ok. Room service is prompt. Good breakfast spread, rest all day on a la carte basis. Climate is good too for yercaud. Well kept property.

Only one word - EXCELLENT

It was amazing stay!!!! Resort is in perfect location and well maintained!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful... excellent breakfast which suited even to my one yr baby.....if your thinking to visit yercaud then you must stay here....
