I booked this hotel for 3 weeks ago with booking.com , everthing seemed fine, we got a text from The hotell to comfirm that we are coming, so we comfirm. But when we arrived after 4h long trip from jaipur, they said that the hotell is closed and we can not check in. This is not okey at all, if a hotell is closed u should not be able to book the hotell. Hope I wont get a Bill for not checking in. To everyone out there, never book this hotel because it's CLOSED.

ALERT!! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

To be honest if we could give this 0 stars we would have to. Nothing like the pictures at all. Some of these reviews have notice have mentioned a swimming pool, which there is not. We spent one night here and quite frankly it was just enough for us to bare.
The room itself was small dark and Dingey. The TV didn't work and we had to kick the door to open it. As for the 'rooftop restaurant' we were greeted by a selection of wicker chairs piled up in the corner which we helped ourselves to to have a place to sit. To be completely honest I have no idea how they can call it a rooftop restaurant and bar lounge. It looked like a dumping ground for all the spares that u had laying around. The food veg biryani was alright as for the chicken tikka - stay clear. I still can't be sure if it was even chicken as the smell was putrid and it was totally inedible. The young waiter was friendly enough however this hotel needs a major revamp if it cares about its guests.

Its superb experience staying there. it have Very good staff and very good service. They are providing  very Good safari service. They have Very good food and very neat and clean swimming pool. My family enjoyed a lot.

Superb experience

Dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, dirty toilets. How come this filthy place was named after a palace ?

We asked to change bedroom, but no room was cleaner than another. 

A wire prevents windows from closing. Thus, you will enjoy noise at night.

Furthermore, the staff barely speaks English.

Filthy and charmless

Staff is always helpful, special mention to the young super crew at the rooftop restaurant!
Everything was clean and worked. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!
Concerning the city, there is not much to see. Safari should be done in Jeep!!
