Big plus of this hotel is parking. 6-7 cars can be easily parked that is impossible to park near mall road at season time. 

Next advantage is mall road is not that far. You can go from bus stand with tibet market way while doing shopping but don't use stairs shortcuts that is tougher. 

Food is just ok. We have taken lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Service is really good but they don't pick the phone few times that one can ignore.

Rooms are also just ok. We have taken superior deluxe room. Washroom is small but clean.

Overall this is the best hotel at season time if you come on your own car and want to spend time near mall road.

Average Hotel with Parking

We were given a room with no window and manager told that you have booked a standard deluxe room so you will get this only. I paid 1500 for one night (booked online in advance) but it was not worth more than 300 Rs per night. The location of hotel is such that no taxi wants to go there. Manager and staff were very rude. This hotel may spoil all your mood.

Terrible hotel, bad staff

This hotel is right on the main road but has small parking space for cars too.. this space is at a lower level than the main road so one may end up damaging the lower part of your car even if only the drivers seat is occupied.. Rooms are decent with hot water available throughout the day.. the advantage is that Mall road is very near but its a climb up hill, so very tiring.

Decent stay!

We have just visited this hotel a week ago,It was our Unplanned trip,and As we reach shimla we visited so many hotel this was on the Road side just near to the Shimla bus stand, from where you can stair up directly to the mall road, and the church..so location Of the hotel is fantastic/kneat Aaoms and staff is also Good/polite/very supportive/price is little high, Beddings/Washrooms/hot water/Tv/Intercom/car parking available and

We have not done advance booking. While looking for hotel in Shimla, we came across this hotel situated on road side with parking area. It is a small budget hotel. We are looking for clean and hygienic family room with basic amenities. We booked here one family room with two double beds, one big bathroom and sofa set. The Room which we booked is on road level near reception and no. is 303. I have not seen other rooms. Rates they quoted us were also ok as per other hotel rates and their poor condition. Also hotel is located near mall road about 1 km but mall road is on height than hotel, so walking is not easy but spending every evening on mall road by walk is worth.
Rooms are clean and have wooden interior. They have good room service. Food is average but healthy. They welcomed as nicely and tried very hard to fulfill our every need. They arranged a fan on demand as room is having no fan. They even went to nearby shop to buy some useable for us on our behalf. We have small baby with us. They help us cleaning and boiling his milk bottles in their kitchen. They have no problem in using their kitchen utensils on demand. All the staff members were helpful. We continue our second night booking with them after seeing their attitude and cooperation. 
We have only one issue with hotel room and already suggested to them to put net on windows to avoid entry of any insect from green area from back side of hotel through window, so that room will also remain cool and fresh with cool breeze blowing through open windows. I would recommend for people looking for budget hotel.
