Fantastic . Hygiene. Service was excellent. Food very tasty. I recommend that when go to Daman select to stay in Hotel Gurukrupa. Location is near to seaface. Whenever in future I will go to Daman with family I will stay in Hotel Gurukrupa.

Superb

Very poor maintenance. Rooms are shabby. Water leakage from multiple points in the bathroom. No fridge in the fridge cabinet. The only thing good about the hotelwas the food and friendly reception staff. 

Excellent food but not a great place to stay! 

It was very nice hospitality from staff..
Having awesome buffet breakfast...
Hotel location is very near to sea face...
You can easily get conveyance from that location to reach any where in daman.

Excellent 

Rooms are not pesticides cockroaches everywhere, whole hotel has stinky smell the moment you enter from main door. Very old structure of building and not maintained properly. Water was leaking from AC so not used AC at all. Hotel runs on very low staff so nobody much interested in guest service, it like road side hotel where you pay and ho. Doesn' deserve a y stars as prices for room dosn' t match with quality of hotel and services offered.

Rooms not upto mark as per prices in surrondings

This is my third visit to Hotel Gurukripa in the span of fifteen years. The room allotted by the hotel management was neat and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Now, here are few points to be worked by the Hotel Management, the check in took sometime and after the procedure was complete, the Front desk didn't care to tell the bell boy to carry our luggage to the room, we had to guess by ourselves that the key of the room was handed over to the bell boy and its time to follow him. The service tea was not good, the tea served in the Hotel Sovereign was quite better. Overall, the experience was decent, I would like to try this hotel for one more time.   

Decent stay

Room was not good. it was smell bad & cozy. no other room option available. this is best room of the hotel but it was worst. the staff is good. manager helped to change other room in their second hotel. it was nice.

ROOMS

The staff and management went above and beyond to see I had what I needed. Arranged a rickshaw the night before for my check out, and that ran smoothly. When I came to hotel from bus depot in Vapi the rickshaw driver tried a bait and switch on me, likely bc I am a solo, older American tourist. It was nice not to have to deal with that with manager help. The room was clean, tidy, essentials like small toothpaste, toothbrush, soap etc., provided- nice touch. Restaurant reasonable prices and very good food. Great service. My room smelled a bit musty and I struggled with that as I’m sensitive to smells, but I only stayed two nights so doable. I read wifi was available for a 58 rupee/24 hours, but not the case. I wished I had the wifi as I spent more time in my room than expected due to exhaustion from a lot of men out in town that were inappropriate and pushy. Overall it was a decent, safe stay, and the staff/management were top plus for me. The area- not great. Did not enjoy the area at all, but that’s part of travel and exploring. Not always great. I was happy to leave Daman as I didn’t enjoy it.

Staff and management were EXCEPTIONAL

Sorry to say but the quality of Gurukripa was drastically poor. The room was clumsy and dull. There were insects and flies outside the room. We asked the staff to get rid of them. they sprayed some chemical and didnt bother to clean up the dead insects. Even the front office staff was not very enthusiastic. not at all worth the money spent.

Decline in Gurukripa's quality

I get personalized service from the staff. The food is exceptional, especially the seafood menu.
The wine shop is below the hotel and has all types of beers, whiskey, rum, vodka, and wines.
Beach is 50 meters from the hotel.

Excellent service, support and food🙌. 
A perfect place to stay for family. 
For me this is the best hotel I visited so far in my carrier. 

Only serving good Ambiance or looks is not the only matters,fullfill the needs with right time at right place with good service is all everything that need to learn from this hotel.
