Really amazing space and vibe. Every little object added a touch of good taste and style. Breakfast was superb, room was beautiful, the whole stay was really great, we actually stayed 2 extra nights. The manager and the staff were really helpful giving us recommendations for the area around, always with a honest and beautiful smile, Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to chill and rest.

The place to BE.

This peaceful place is very special, aside from being a cultural and architectural delight, the hosts have so many wonderful recommendations for South Goa (we loved the family run spice farm). Such a treat to sit altogether at breakfast, great conversation! Just gorgeous.

Architectural delight

Splendid couple of days at Turiya. Cut off from the rest of the busy world, the property is a peaceful abode of tranquil. Carefully curated by the makers, the rooms are aesthetic and cozy. The hammocks and the landscaping indulge you in serenity.

Sandy is a wonderful host - a fine individual who ensures each of his guest is personally catered to. We had breakfasts that strecthed for hours sipping tea and coffee over conversations with him and other guests. Just the break from a routine that one can hope for.

If South Goa is your place of vacay, Turiya should be your place of stay - close to several beaches and places to eat.

TURIYA is the fourth state of consciousness, beyond thought, love, and will …. This place exudes calmness and tranquility in a small bustling town of Cancona.. To put it in perspective it’s not on a beach but maybe 5 mins drive from it at a place called Chaudi in South Goa. Reaching the place one may have his doubts but right from the gate to its every corner one will be taken by a pleasant surprise. Photos don’t do the Poetic Justice this place deserves. I have travelled all extremities of the country … I always believe every property or business has a USP … for Sandy aka Sandesh its love, warmth & bonds.. the price they charge is hardly anything but what they offer cannot be valued … I had come here with my family incl three kids two of them were infants … the services were top class … Sandy guided to the most untouched treasures of goa … including places to eat & wander … This was one of my most memorable trips to Goa …kudos to my wife to have found the place… TURIYA forever …. Cheers 🥂

A truly memorable stay. The property is beautiful, our room was lovely - very comfortable bed, lovely antique furniture and historic architecture and artwork.  An experience of the real Goa. Breakfast was amazing and an opportunity to meet other guests all with interesting stories to tell. Perhaps above all the staff are special; very welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for us. Sandesh, the owner was absolutely fantastic at looking after us, his attention to detail and determination that we would have an amazing time was one of the best experiences of hospitality we have ever had, anywhere in the world. We felt like we have made a friend for life and will definitely return. This is a truly special place and cannot be recommended highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A wonderful stay, truly!

Very bad experience with the Manager Gracy... they have confirmed the booking for 5 people and after sending the confirmation mail to me I have booked my tickets from Mumbai to Goa and at the last moment they informed that the room they have allowed me where bathroom is outside the room (common bathroom)... more over she was not even apologising for this unprofessional  behavior even she was very rude me👎👎👎

BAD experience 

We learned about Turiya Villa from a 2017 article in a design magazine and sought it out on our trip to Goa this year and are so glad we did!  Sandy, the owner/architect/designer was in residence while we were there.  He and his staff were fabulous, the ambience, architecture, design invited a photo at every turn of the head.  Sharing breakfast with other guests in the open air dining room was very relaxing each morning, not to mention the delicious and beautifully presented spread.  Hope you are there on the day the beetroot idlis are served.  
This is an ideal place to disconnect and reconnect with beautiful surroundings.  
Close by to Patnem and Palolem beaches.

Creative, beautiful, serene —caring and helpful staff—definitely a place to seek out and stay while in the area.

If you're looking for a home-like retreat in the middle of Goa, then look no further than Turiya villa. Just like me if you believe in a place with a soul it’s the place. 

It's a beautiful spot—a century-old Portuguese house, with a tranquil garden that is just beyond words. 
The staff at Turiya are kind, hospitable and very helpful. They would go out of their way to make you feel at home if they could—and they're always around to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

The rooms are cosy and comfortable, with earthy colours and wood accents.  staff takes pride in their work, because the rooms are kept up well and always clean.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! If you're looking for a place where you can relax and reconnect with yourself, then Turiya is definitely where it's at. We can't wait to be there again and well be back soon!

We have found a home away from home!!

I spent 6 nights at Turiya Villa and I will certainly come back! It is an oasis of peace and beauty, and I didn't feel like going away. The sound of the birds, the sight of the flowers, and of the beautifully done spaces allows you to relax and nourish your soul. The breakfast is delicious, and it was difficult to leave the table chatting with other like-minded travelers. I really felt at home and taken care of. Everybody in the team was kind and helpful, and having Sandy around is a delight. I loved every room as each room is different and special in its own way. I almost feel like not writing a review just to keep this hidden gem for myself, hahaha!!

An oasis of beauty and piece

We spent an amazing 4 nights at Turiya Villa in Chaudi with Sandy and his team. Sandy, a proud Goan has a true haven at Turiya where you feel at home as soon as you enter. As an architect, he has created a place where design and comfort join hand in hand and he has thought of everything. From the wonderful breakfasts with many goan tastes to the most welcoming people you will ever find and the tranquility, it is a true delight. The location is perfect, within easy reach of Patnem, Palolem and Galgibag beach in a tuk tuk and all worth a visit.
