6 of us stayed at Indraprasth for 6 nights in February 2024 and I think it was one of the nicest  places we have visited
Really close to two beaxhes and also main shopping street

There is a shared kitchen drinking water fridge etc 
Comfortable rooms and clean environment 

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views on the  balcony and Rahul is the most helpful host 
He will arranfe taxi or rickshaw scooter rides to wherever you want to go 

Very friendly nothing is too much trouble He even arranged some Hindi classes for me
Wonderful host Highly recommend

beautiful place with a great host

I stayed here for three nights and my stay was excellent. The cleanliness, facilities and comfort is above par. Rahul, who hosted me was a true gentleman from ensuring I was comfortable, advising me about local places, arranging a bike for rent and also informing about public transport schedules. The guest house is next to a wonderful place called Oceanic view that serves great food and is about 30 mins walk to Palolem beach and more or less the same to Patnem beach. Since I wanted to explore North Goa too and few other areas, I rented a bike arranged by Rahul for no additional cost.

Great stay and excellent host

Nice welcome from manager Rahul .  Nice clean room good size, our room had a big balcony with fan and air con, was able to lock wardrobe door had small safe inside. With Use of shared kitchen if needed.  Bike hire possible.  Good wi fi. Fairly peaceful considering there's a small road outside. Near beaches, shops, stalls and restaurants. Room a bit pricey but this reflected in pound, rupee issues. had problems getting money from ATM bring cash as there is a big crisis with the banks. Would stay here again in future when indian banks are sorted.  Thanks.

Welcoming stay.

I booked this place after reading reviews on booking.com. This place is extremely clean, well maintained and beautifully done up for south goa fun. Rahul who runs this place is extremely nice and helpful person . We were two couple with kids and booked Ac rooms in the guesthouse and we were extremely happy about this decision. While coming here, we were bit lost and called Rahul. He quickly came on bike and guided us to guesthouse . There is a working kitchen in the guest house which was useful to warm up milk or make maggi . The guest house has easy access to patnem beach , column beach and Palolem beach. Patnem beach is heaven on earth. Do ensure that you have a car or scooter on hire. I will come back here again. I thank Rahul for taking good care of us and we loved the simplicity , cleanliness and comfort of the guest house.
