Dona Sa Maria 

We had the best time at the Dona Sa Maria thanks to Purie, Serafino, Samir, Vanessa and the boys. the location could be a little remote for some but as we hired a scooter this wasn’t a problem the hotel did provide a shuttle service to the nearest beach at a nominal cost.. They also arranged transport to and from Cavelossim at approx cost of 400 rupees to 500 rupees. On the occasions we went into town this service was excellent thank you Sanjay, Samir and Wilson. The hotel is surrounded by farmlands and natural beauty the peacocks early morning were lovely to watch whilst having breakfast. We loved the on-site restaurant where breakfast was served eggs any way or porridge and toast all served by Jerry, Mahesh or Raj, lovely guys very friendly. The food at lunch and dinner was as good as anywhere we loved the jalfreizi and butter chicken.. aloo go I, and Samosas. The rooms are small but luckily we managed to get a bigger one but do take extra hangers and a useful tip the packing storage cubes were very handy they fit into the bedside cabinets and in the suitcase. Bought from primary £3.50. You aren’t allowed to launder anything yourself other than swimwear and underwear but the hotel does have an excellent laundry service. we went with Tui and the rep Karen was very helpful.. also we would like to praise Vanessa on reception who went above and beyond even after her working hours had finished. We will definitely be back soon
