Fantastic property gracious staff fantastic location and great food great view huge spacious rooms,the room and restaurant are begin updated ,we have heard a lot about kashmir hospitality and now it's feels great experience I will recommend must visit hotel of Kashmir if you are staying in Srinagar over all great experience staff is so humble and well professional Thanks to everyone..... specially Bisma and Asifa Mehraj

Great supportive staff especially Basheer Ahmed and sahil. Great hospitality. Good food, great location. 
Hotel is best located just walking distance from Dal lake.

Hotel Batra - awesome hospitality and supporting staff

We stayed with our family (5 + 1) for 4 days (01 Oct - 04 Oct-23) and it was definitely a pleasant one.

Staff at the reception (Muzafar, Moonesa & Tahir), 

Room Service (Nadeem, Irshad and one more) and 

Restaurant (Sajjad & Imran) were all very courteous and supportive.

They all made sure that our stay was quite enjoyable with their pleasing manners and service.

Big plus for choosing this one is, it's 100 % Vegetarian. Restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both for Breakfast and Dinner.

Batra Hotels, Srinagar is definitely value for money in our view.

Would strongly recommend to all families going on a vacation to Srinagar.

Enjoyable Stay

It was such an amazing and wholesome experience. The staff, food and housekeeping and the service was on point. I would recommend going there with your family. Extra brownie points for being 100% pure vegetarian!! Loved the stay.

Exceptional service

Stayed for 5 days at the hotel Mr  Saqib the manager booked the room on phone for me  and made sure i get a good room and am comfortable in the following week my wife with her friends stayed at the same hotel and enjoyed their stay 

situated near Dal Gate opposite the famous Krishna Dhaba this hotel has reasonable tariff great service Thanks to Ms Moonisa and Tahir the check in and check out was smooth 
Mr Jamil Shaukat and Nadeem in house  keeping were courteous and efficient 

It is a pure vegetarian hotel even the restaurants around the place are vegetarian would highly recommend specially for those who are particular about food and for others too

Convenient

We are a family of 4 and stayed at the premium suite for 7 days. Chose Batra as it is pure veg. Great experience overall right from booking , airport pickup, food arrangements everything was good. Special mention for
 Mr Sajjad for being available whenever required. 
Mr Basheer for arranging great Jain food, meeting our requirements.
Akhtar for being the best driver who gave us glimpse of Kashmir culture and tips to visit the right places.

Great experience, good people and food is highlight

The Batra Hotel & Residences , just remember this name for the best hotel in Srinagar. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Srinagar. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
I specially appreciate Mr Rashid at Front Desk he is always helpful and he always keep smile on his face he always checks the guest either he or she ia comfortable or not I whish Rashid Best of Luck for his future..

Kashmir Trip

I had a very great experience at Batra hotel . All the staff members are very supportive and ready for you . I specially want to thanks to Mr Saqib who gave me a great deal for suite room . The food was very tasty and hygienic . All over I recommend this hotel for everyone at Srinagar .

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff especially Mr. Ashish who helped us in every
best way he can which is highly commendable. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotelin
last week of January to cover day trips to Sonmarg, Gulmarg and local sightseeing
We had very comfortable stay. Hotel staff assisted earnestly whenever we asked for
elp - especially setting the right room temperature for comfortable stay in the roon
during peak winters. Hot water and shower had no issues. Breakfast and Dinner
Buffet spread was decent and it varied on the 3 days we stayed there. No alcohol
 (due to local regulations) but you can purchase from the local shops near by and
consume it in the restaurant which is not too inconvenient.
Overall, no issues. Highly recommended
