I recently visited kashmir in January with my family. We choose our stay in swan group of houseboats for 2 nights. The rooms were amazing with best heating facilities. The food was so tasty and staff were humble. The view of lakes and mountains were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay in swan houseboats

Best scenic views of lakes and Mountains

I and my family travelled to kashmir in January 2024....we came for 7 nights and stayed in swan houseboats for 2 nights. We booked from them directly. The rooms were so elegant, good food and professional staff. The view was amazing and wonderful.  We really enjoyed our stay in swan group of houseboats.

We stayed in swan houseboats in January 2024. We stayed for 02 nights. We booked swan houseboats through them directly. The rooms were so beautiful, the food was tasty and the staff were very humble. The services were excellent. The view was very amazing and incredible.

A Perfect Trip to Kashmir 

We came on a holiday trip to kashmir in January 2024 for 7 days. We were 6 people and we booked swan group of houseboats through them directly. We booked 3 double rooms. They provided us complete houseboat with best rooms and great heating facilities and separate living room and dining room. The view of lakes and mountains was amazing. The food was excellent.  This was the best and memorable stay in swan group of houseboats.

The hospitality was great and the food was excellent. the staff were so humble and the view of the lakes and mountains were so breathtaking. I would recommend everyone about swan group of houseboats.

Breathtaking Houseboats in Dal Lake

If you’re confused about which houseboat to choose, your search ends here. This is an excellent houseboat with clean facilities and hospitality. We got a free upgrade to maharaja suite, thanks to Javed (owner). This houseboat has a diesel based room heater which was so effective (room heater is always better than electric blanket). Our caretaker Ashraf was also very helpful in giving us arrangements required. Food was homely and very good with decent options. Javed also arranged us the cab to do our trips to Gulmarg and Pahalgam and local sight seeing. Our first trip Kashmir was a great experience.

This was my first time experience and I choose to stay in houseboat and Swan Group of Houseboats gave us a great and wonderful experience. We enjoyed our entire time at the houseboats and wished we could stay long like for a months. The houseboat was designed so beautifully and the entrance was decorated with fresh flowers and beautiful lights.

The view of lakes and mountains were great and the weather was awesome. Early morning sunrise around this time was a real good experience. In terms of rooms, they were clean and well-equipped. Each houseboat has a care-taker to look after the needs. We had all three meals at this place and enjoyed them. The food was delicious and tasty and the food we preferred typical homely Wazwan dishes and loved them a lot.

A special mention to all at the houseboat - Mr. Aqib Javed the owner of the swan houseboat who made our trip memorable and unforgettable.......

LUXURIOUS HOUSEBOAT IN DAL LAKE WITH BEST HOSPITALITY.....!!!!

Kashmir was the destination in my bucket list to visit with my family. We travlled in November and to stay in swan houseboats was in my bucket list which got completed.  The rooms were awesome, food was delicious,  services were excellent, staff was helpful.... My friend recommended to me about swan housdboats and we had the best and amazing stay in swan houseboats as compared to other properties.... special thanks to Mr.  Aqib for making our stay special and memorable one.....

KASHMIR AND SWAN GROUP OF HOUSEBOATS WAS IN MY BUCKET LIST AND BUCKET LIST GOT COMPLETED

It was a different experience. We stayed there on our last day of Kashmir trip. The host Mr. Javed Ahmed & his team member Iqbal was very accommodating. Loved the way they have decorated the entrance and the entire set up on the boat. The view during the evening hours from the social space of the boat is beautiful.
