Clean, cozy, safe and best price. Rauf is the best ! Kind, and helpful. We highly recommend staying there. It’s very well located in a quiet street. You can find cheap and small rooms or large ones. It’s depend your budget. The you so much for everything

Best in srinagar

The staffs management and politely talks are very attaractive and price worthy, the rooms are pretty clean and relaxing,always memorable stay and all together, me and my family got relaxed and stayed there with all my hearts

Very good and awesome experience

Swiss Hotel was a home away from home for my husband and me. We stayed here 3 nights initially and then came back for another two nights after a stay on a houseboat. The rooms are big and cosy at the same time. The room and bathroom were clean (unlike some other places we visited). The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet and quaint backstreet parallel and very close to beautiful Dal Lake. But the absolute highlight of our stay was hotel manager Rouf, who was downright one of our favorite people we met in all of India. He always looked after us, gave us great advice and made us feel so incredibly welcome and at home in the hotel, I would not think twice about staying here again if I were to come back to Srinigar. Highly recommended!

A cosy home away from home

My family and i stayed there for three nights. Stayed at Swiss before also.
We had early flight from Delhi. So we needed early check inn. Our room was ready by seven ish in the morning.  Absolutely wonderful stay. Sure this is our home in Srinagar.

We stayed in Swiss Hotel Srinagar two nights. It was an wonderful and unforgettable stay. The hotel is in the ideal location with peaceful atmosphere. The room and washroom are clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were prompt in service. A small garden and lawn in front of the property gives you a decent place to chill with your family and friends. The owner of the hotel Mr. Rouf Rashid John is  a friendly and kind hearted person. He was taking care of each and every things for the guests. 

We strongly recommend this hotel for your pleasant and  safe stay in Srinagar.

The Great place to stay with Brotherly Hospitality

I stayed at this hotel from 31st May to 3rd June 2022. It was a very pleasant stay and the helpful staff made it even more cosy and hassle-free.  The owner of the property Mr. Roop is a gracious host and attended to details with timely interventions to foster an atmosphere of trust and home away from home. He has become my son's best friend and we admire him for his simplicity and helpful nature.

Pros of the property: Rooms are clean with basic aminities in place. Located right at the foot of a hill hence you can enjoy the sound of birds and serenity inspite of living amidst the bustling city. A small garden and lawn in front of the property gives you a decent place to chill with your family. They provide tea/coffe in the room as per requirement and even pack breakfast in the morning if ordered in advance.

Cons: None as such. 

The only thing that you should note is that it is located at a 3 to 4 minute walk away from Dal lake gate 15, hence no lake views available from any rooms. This did not bother us as we used to go sightseeing throughout the day, spent time at the Dal Lake in the evening and then returned to the hotel for rest like any other tourist. 

Overall a great place to stay , friendly staff, gracious host and insightful guidance to make  beautiful memories in Srinagar. Thanks to Roop.

A cosy hotel with a big 💓 heart

Very welcoming hotel where you can feel at home and receive good trip advices from caring staff. The hotel is  very comfortable, central, but in a quiet road. I couldn't ask more for my stay in Srinagar.

The place to be

So Central. Easy to find in the city. One  min walk to main Nehru Park, Dal Lake . Staff very friendly.. Hotel spotless. Beds very comfortable. Nice fluffy white towels. Covid protocols were strictly  followed. Definitely  would be back soon.

We stayed for two nights and loved it!  I would recommend it to anyone. Quick check in, helpful staff always around, free private  secure  parking, and a very comfy and clean room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Jewel in the crown

I had 4 nights in Srinagar and was recommended to Swiss Hotel by a friend. It was the correct decision. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Electric blankets were a life saver during the winter. Location was great, Dal Lake was just walking distance away and there was an excellent restaurant called "Lhasa" less than 10 mins walk. But most importantly, the host was the highlight. Rouf was so helpful and hospitable, making my stay as comfortable as possible. He can help to make transport arrangements for sightseeing and just about any reasonable requests. Highly recommended.
