Ooty trip- Delightz Inn Resorts - Apr 30, 2023 to May 02, 2023 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with our 2 little infant kids Sridhama and Sowbhagya.
It was an awesome and memorable stay here. Enjoyed everything here to the core.
All the arrangements here were absolutely fantastic.
Right from welcoming us till the send off, they took complete care of us. We loved all the people associated here who are absolutely supportive of you.
The rooms were aesthetic and excellent, well maintained, beautifully and neatly maintained washroom and bathrooms to add on top of it.
The food here right from the complementary breakfast, sumptuous lunch  and dinner that we had here was absolutely tasty and yummy, kudos to their chef in particular who took extra care to ensure our kids get the right meal all the time.
I would only recommend them to have ponni raw rice in their menu for pure vegetarian people like us who find it difficult to have boiled rice especially our kids.
Had some issues in power supply and wifi connection on 01st May night with no current supply for some 4 hrs due to some power back up maintenance which the problem was resolved only the next morning, thought that was not some major fault of them.
The decorations made in our room with roses and balloons for our anniversary cake cutting was simply so so special,awesome and absolutely beautifully done and our kids were happy to play with.
The 1/2 kg cake was just so so tasty and yummy which our kids enjoyed completely.
Overall an absolutely fantastic and memorable anniversary stay which we just cannot forget in our lifetime.
Don't think you would find such a hospitality anywhere else.
Kudos to the entire team Delightz Inn. You ensured that we enjoyed a happy holidaying at ooty for sure.
Only one flaw which I should point to see if they get it sorted out was providing rooms for stay of cab drivers which unlike other Resorts is missing here. If you go in your own car, your drivers are bound to have tough time. Hopefully they have it when we visit them the next time around.
Rest everything from A-Z here is simply awesome and your money's worth.

A perfect family holiday destination at Ooty tiger hills

Family stayed for 3N in third week of March. Initially was little sceptical given the reviews by individuals with few contributions. Also, as you enter, the reception area didn't seem very impressive.
But as you enter further, the place is done up neatly with common areas well maintained, with lots of greenery, and spotlessly clean. The rooms, bathrooms are very clean with the large sit-out in the rooms facing the mountain view. 
The property is located on a hill (tiger hill) and is a dead-end. Further being forest area. The views from these rooms were amazing with the valley on one side and forest on the other. There is a meadow (accessible) on the valley view side and the sunset view from there is just too good.
The staff is very customer friendly, from Kavita at reception to Bala (customer service/kitchen) to the house keeping staff.
The breakfast spread is fresh and good. We tried out variety of dishes over 3 days and the tastes were great.
We also sighted a herd of Bison grazing on the meadow grass, one evening post sunset, which was a bonus.
Can think of one point for improvement, i.e. ensuring sufficient food is made available on housefull days ( few items got over, for breakfast, on one of the day's). 
Would definitely recommend this place, which is VFM too.


Excellent and VFM

The altitude of the resort is so high there is atleast 3degrees lower than Ooty. We as a family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The package included Breakfast and Dinner. The first impression of the view from our room was jaw dropping. The cleanliness of the Hotel and the Service oriented nature of the staff is worth mentioning here.
The food is the best I have had in any resort in Ooty

Mr Ajith and Ms Kavitha at the reception are very courteous and we'll informed to answer any questions.

Mr Ramesh the Manager of the property is very humble and respectful to all the guests. A gem of a person.

The F&B Manager Mr Balasubramaniam is doing a tremendous job of serving the guests tasty food. His never say no attitude is very rare to come by.

The house keeping Manager Mr Mekail Mondal is the behind the scene man who keeps the property spic and span all the time.

Thanks to the whole team for a superb experience.

In cloud nine

We have stayed in Delightz Inn resorts for 3N. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff, with a welcome drink. Loved their hospitality, Food was tasty, Room facilities were very good. Every staff are so kind, cooperative and very responsive. There is a great lawn backside of the hotel which looks wonderful. Had a great time there. Highly recommended for families/ honeymoon couple.

Trip to Ooty

Without doubt one of the favourite resorts we ever stayed ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, with a welcome drink and they also surprised us with the room decoration. The staffs were  extremely friendly, the food was delicious and  served on time . The restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. 

The scenery from the room was beautiful and it was a relieve to be in such a quiet and peaceful environment. 

Note,  the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the all the staffs who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Excellent Hospitality!!

Excellent Hotel suited best for your vacation. Also true to it's name and perfect for relaxing at the hill top.
Beautiful Scenic view and also a much needed garden on the top of the Hill.

Children also have some options, where they can find their own time pass and parents can relax in themselves.

Special mention about the hospitality. It just can't get better then what they are currently doing. Very obedient and also very humble.

Last thing about the food, i bet you, you will fall in love with the food. Also the children will love it because it is just the right kind of taste they would enjoy.

Good for senior parents since they can sit in the balcony or garden and also love the telivision.

Delightz "Paradise"

We stayed here for 2 nights. Actually we were staying in different hotel in Ooty,but due to hygienic conditions, we started searching for another hotel and we found this hotel while googling. Took a chance and fortunately we got one room for 2 nights.
Its 3 kms from Ooty city centre near Doddabetta peak. 
The room was clean, hygenic, well maintained. The washroom was too clean.
The balcony was with swing and sitouts.
The lawn in front was the icing on the cake with dam view. One evening we saw a family of 10-12  Bisons were grazing in front of us.
The breakfast had a good spread.And the staffs are very punctual. Every night @ 9.00 pm one boy used to knock our door for water bottles (Ooty Municipal Corporation has banned use of plastic bottles, so every hotel serves filtered water in glass bottles.)
Mr. Bala (Kitchen), Vishnu (House keeping boy) are really good, looked after each guest with care. 
The TV was functional with all major channels.

One of the best resort with good property from hustle n bustle, memorable stay

It's a wonderful property even above Ooty (near Doddabetta peak ). Loved their hospitality, Food, Room facilities etc. Every staff are so kind and cooperative which is the main thing if you are travelling with kids. Their backside Lawn is awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay with family.. Highly recommended for families, honeymoon couple.

Delightful & Memorable family vacation

Best Resort near Doddabetta Peak. Away from all the hustle bustle of OOTY. Great Choice for a relaxing vacation!
We liked:
1. Location - Amazing views from Balcony and the Lawn of resort
2. Food - Delicious Food + Great Hospitality + courteous staff
3. Hygenic spacious Rooms + Restrooms
4. Vast Lawn area with Dam View - Easily sit in the Balcony and enjoy watching Bisons and the sunset in the evening

They also have a Villa nearby to the resort which can accommodate bigger groups

Amazing Property for a Beautiful Vacation!

Very nice place to stay and having nice view point. It's placed on top of hills. Food is really good and providing good services. Service people's all are very friendly 😊. Especially breakfast really very tasty we really enjoyed.
