A fair stay at this fair stay. Super climate and good environment. Awesome rooms and bathrooms are also too good. Food is nice to eat. Service also good. Nice hotel to stay. This hotel is surrounded by an amazing nature.

A fair stay

Excellent facilities and service by Mr. Mani and Mr. Mari. Good hospitality and made our trip memorable. Rooms were very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good and even dinner was delicious. Recommended to improve the approach road and rooms facing mountains side requires fencing coverage.

Ooty trip

Very clean, fabulous rooms, Excellent property and great Hospitality, Enjoyed the stay. 
Tasty food and very well maintained, location of the property is  reachable to many scenic places. Over all had a very good experiece

Best property

Hotel fairstay was one of the best hotel I lived in. The service, the scenes from balcony, staff people, means all staff r very cooperative and humble but I like Mr. Mani more than any other. Mr. Mani is so nice person, taking care of each & every customer. He is so polite and humble that I became a fan of his.Room service and the cleanliness was also very good. Over all it was very nice experience with hotel fairstay &i t's team. Just love the location and hotel. 

Thanks hotel fairstay and team for cooperating and helping me in special occasion like my honeymoon.

Honeymoon

I got 2 bedroom room, room was awesome with one double bed in one room and two single bed in one room. Hotel staff was very friendly in nature specially Mr Maini. Breakfast was also delicious. Only issue was the approach road towards hotel otherwise stay was very good

A perfect hotel for family

Hotel was Excellent. Hotel Person Mr. Mani was well familar and Good Cor-ordinating guy. Hotel located at up Hill Station. Hotel people were also good to serve breakfast and co-ordinating guy. I think the other guy name is Mari he was also co-operative.😀

Aawesome Hotel

The rooms were so good. Maintained very well. The staff were very hospitable, especially Mr. Mani, assistant manager. He was very helpful and took good care of the whole group. We were around 22 people ranging from 2 to 82 years. But non of us felt uncomfortable with the stay. Everything was arranged so well and the hotel staff were polite and accommodating.

Absolutely comfortable

Our family of 20 persons stay was made very comfortable.Rooms had all facilities.
Dinning area was neatly kept.
Hot and tasty food was served every time.
Has a good team of staff.
They were very polite, pleasent and  ready to 
serve.

who was very helpful for all our needs at all times
On the whole  our stay was made a memorable one
and would like to revisit .
Efforts may be taken to improve the roads leading to the resorts.

Wonderful rooms and cordial staff. Especially Mr.Mani was very helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot. Has a great view. Food was also served promptly. Any issues that were flagged were attended to immediately

Memorable stay at Fairstay

Visited ooty in the month of October'2021. Very good staff, good food 👌. Very nominal rate. They provide for morning and night. Was a very good experience. Will recommend traveller's  to go equipped with a room heater. The only issue was the wifi. Wifi only available at hotel reception. Can improve on that.
