Worst & unhygienic rooms , I know this place from 2010. Even though being the worst of all properties in Tripuri , I use this place from past 14 years, considering the relationship.
But this time on the 17th of Nov checking in 5pm and check out on 18th Nov. what happened was manager over charged me Rs.1700/- as room tariff and Rs.1300 as security deposit, before checking in, which i paid , including credit card transaction charges of Rs.60/-.
Ideally I was supposed to get my security deposit refunded while checking out. But the manager Mr.Prashant expressed of not having cash and requested me to accept the refund by UPI in couple of hours, to which I accepted and left the place , considering the old relationship.
BUT TILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY AND NO ONE PICKING MY PHONE.
So if a 14year old courier can face this then what about the others . I was one of their initial costumers.
PLS avoid this place its a NO VALUE Worth and UNHYGIENIC PLACE with goon like service staff.

A decent hotel with basic amenities. Only the main road to Alipiri. Clean room. Manage food outside. During our stay we had problem in getting hotwater. Doesn't seem to be professionally run. Roomboys could be more professional. Just ok for overnight stay

hotel two weeks before to book on one of the friday.
the great manager there told me to call 2 days in advance and surely i will get the room.i even mentioned that its a friday but he assured that 100 percent i will get the room.so when i called two days before travel..the same manager told me that rooms are not available.when i asked him why did he tell me initially he started speaking rudely.very horrible place.please dont book here if you are planning with a family and all or listen to them as they are very dishonest and rude

Last December-2017-I spent three nights at this hotel and it was very pleasant.Check-in was handled speedily and I was shown to my room.The room itself was quite small but was super clean and adequate.The en-suite had plenty of hot water and-for the price that I paid-1,600 rupees per night-the room represented very good value.One slight problem emerged during mu first night.I awoke at 2.30 to find many mosquitos in the room.They made sleep impossible.However,when I complained downstairs at reception the problem was solved immediately and I was supplied with a plug-in mosquito-repellent.I would like to pay tribute to Mr Mastham who handled my reservation over the telephone....The staff were very helpful with advice on getting to Tirupati Hil and there was always someone available to offer help...I can recommend this hotel as very good value and worth a return visit.

Small but very clean room....good location....helpful staff

This hotel is situated in a narrow road where only 1 car can pass through. But keeping all such negatives aside, it is good place to stay for a day or 2.. until darshan is done. Near to needs and requirement, Railway station and most importantly near to food restuarants. Clean and comfortable stay that was for us.

Location is very bad. Its just a narrow street through which only one car could pass. There is no way for parking. Not worth the price quoted. Better options are available on the main road itself. Consider this only if you have no other option.
