The basic amenities are not available like clean towels, toiletries etc. 
We told them to please provide drinking water and in response at 9.30 p m. handed over one litre water bottle (packaged in their name) and as we demanded more water then they denied that they will provide only single liter of water per room.
I had taken the room for two days and also paid 100% in advance, so advise others to take care.
As I complained about the mosquito in the room, they don't have any mosquito repellent. 

Bad experience 

Rooms were shady. No hot water. Full of alcohol and smoke smell. No response from staff. Absolute waste of money. Linen with dirt and flush was not working. I was told breakfast was inclusive and after reaching i found there was no restaurant.

Pathetic

am still staying in the hotel room and don't know ...I checked on net first so found it good but they say ..hotels put quality pics in their advertising but nothing in reality so here is the case.. I wanted room only for night from 9 pm till 7 am .. checked on Agoda so found it cheaper than going directly to them...though I checked normal lodges too of 500 bucks for night but with wife couldn't think of it so chose this. But bad bad bad experience.. 

1. First wanted " A glass of Water " but but but the manager himself went to water cooler and filled bottle with chilled water where we asked normal but they didn't hav normal water and I guess no glasses are also there ..So lol it's not international....

2.I asked for complimentary breakfast but hahahaaa no they don't have kitchen as the guy said and they bring coffee from some outside and food too so nothing and breakfast only idli vada that's it....and when asked to if they could parcel it then they replied in denial.

3. There is a problem here with hotels in Nearby Areas they couldn't provide ironing of clothes so if you coming from Uphill Balaji then don't expect if u stay nearby hotels to giv u iron so that u can make your wet damp clothes dry..

4. I asked specifically for 24 hour hot water supply but on surprise I had to call them for the same and guy came and said sorry morning me hi aega sir paani ...
( water ll come only in morning ) other guy came and fixed that ..when they came I guess they switched on the supply it came for that particular 10 minutes and in morning water supply was so low so low so low that even glass of water ll take 10 minutes to fill with no warm water.. ( destroyed the mood of pilgrimage and made us curse them as had to go to temple becoz of them got late) ...asked them arrange water from other room and give to us.....

5. In room they dint care to give towels or water jug or safe box... I am typing right now it's 11:52 pm and we checked in at 9 30 may be but no drinking water have come and I called them for hot water for my wife they said it ll take 15 minutes ... for hot wster only .. okay ..but still it's been 20 minutes I had to literally go outside and yelled at people for same ask for normal water requirements ...now they brought it but now without glass.... how am I supposed to drink water ? directly... ? 

Last point to add ..we had to rush to airport .and what the hell .. we asked for drinking water to fill in bottle for our journey and they couldn't give us that ..they are so Dumb... for luggage pick they sent one small young lady to pickup the stuff which we couldn't allow so we had to lift ourselves......

I guess if u in hotel industry and if u name it as International then you should have standard too...

Golden advice - If you come in this city and may be if you looking for hotel stay in hotel nearby Bus stand of APSRTC so save your money and go to some lodge only ..As seems the hotel owners made the hotel for their investment only but not to uplift their Standards.atlst in cheap hotels u know it's cheap atleast you are getting a space to spend night and saving amount not like here spending so much and getting no service at all.

We spoilled our time here couldn't help it but you guys please don't it's a warning If someone reading it.
if there's word below than worse it's that kind of service...

Worst hotel

Hi stayed here on 3rd and 4th April but to my horror. It all began with front desk. He was such a ride and I'll mannered I was in a rush and to book. Then comes real horror. Rooms are pathetic no cleanliness, fine dust all over furniture, no proper bath room , no water ,, ac not working. And worst is they don't provide drinking wtser and call the hotel as 3 star. Not even a single star. These days even the lodges are good. PLEASE DONT GO AND HAVE BAD DAY.

Worst hotel, it's a lodge local. Don't even enter for free here. Pathetic

One of worst hotel in Tirupati, staff is not friendly, room is not clean, no hot water, the list is big to explain the worst part this hotel. I don’t recommend for anyone and pls don’t waste your money.

Waste of money

Hi All,

this is my worst experience i ever visit tirupati.I lost my valuables from bag.I missed my bag in hotel for some time and covered my bag but not all items in bag.I lost 5000 worth valuables and staff simply saying there is no cameras at missed place.This is how they are maintaining hotel.Room is not worth and its very ordinary.

The Hotel was good when it was under ginger family.
The location of the hotel is good but the issue is with their horrible room service and cleanliness.
And the complement breakfast is good not exemplary.

Good location bad service and rooms

The view of Tirupati is awesome it's very near to Railway Station and Bus Stand. The Food they provide is awesome and the Rooms are with King sized bed but the washrooms are not clean. The service boy cleaned it after calling him for 3 times. Room Service is awesome. Stay was Good... Expected much more satisfactory from the Udayee Team

Need to be Improved

Hi All, 
I had booked this hotel online on August 4th from Bangalore and the agent provided me with the booking confirmation .As we got it co firmed by the hotel person that we will be arriving early morning 5am by train and we have an infant baby along with us hence we would need to room as soon as we arrive there.They promised to provide the same and gave us the booking confirmation.But after we reached their hotel the front desk denied to provide the room and said we would give only at 11am ,it was such a havoc and inconvenience for us as I had 9 months baby with us and it was so difficult to look around the place where we don’t know and then had to check for the auto rickshaw guys to fetch us some hotel rooms.With the baby it was difficult for us to found room and then got delayed for our Tirumala Darshan.The hotel front desk or the management was not taking responsibility for this trouble we underwent.I would not recommend this hotel.Plz don’t opt for such kind of hotel where they taking booking and then deny it once you reach there.

Very bad service!

The worst service ever provided.Front desk being impolite.Poor online service.The suite is worst.

Disgusting experience. Leaking bathroom, broken shower, atrocious service starting from front desk to housekeeping. Top it all, staff comes ringing the door bell at 1 am 'by mistake' asking for photo id that was already given. Do not even bother to make the room even after reminders & the linen looks so faded & unclean. Food as bad as it can be. And the attitude of staff so arrogant & amateurish.
