We had a room upstairs and we’re at the guest house for 4 nights. We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with two windows. It is right in the heart of Udaipur, just 2 minutes from the lake. There are many restaurants, cafés and shops around. The stairs to the rooms are narrow, so it’s a little difficult with luggage, but totally manageable. The host is a very kind and friendly man. He helped us out in various situations and really showed us his kindness. He even arranged a Tuktuk for us and woke up at 5 o’clock to help us with getting to the Tuktuk. We really recommend staying here

Great stay and lovely family!

I had a great stay at Jagat Villa. The room was clean, bright and big. I loved it. I stayed for a week there.
The owners are lovely and helpful, very nice family. Besides they respect your privacy. The shower was perfect with super hot water 😊
The best was the beautiful Rajasthani chair and table in the room, great to sit and enjoy a good book.

Very good value for money 

This guedthouse is amasing. Very friendly family, helpful and nice. The ovner advised us places for visiting and support organize transport for further trip.
Udaipur is nice place, guesthouse located very close to Puchola Lake.

Highly recomend!

They were very nice and very helpful, they helped to sort out our trip back. We booked one night and finally stayed two. The city is also amazing and the guesthouse is located slightly out of al the noise. Really recommend to stay here with them.

Very nice stay

I heard from a friend about this place and wasn’t disappointed! Vivek (the owners) is such a lovely guy, very helpful and the day trip outside of the city was great! The place is in good location, the rooms are very clean, and amazing hot shower:):) highly recommend!

Fantastic!

Just finished a lovely stay at Jagat Villa Guesthouse. The rooms were comfortable and clean and our hosts were very friendly, even offering us an Indian cooking lesson. The guesthouse is very central so easy to access tourist sights and different restaurants. 

Jagat Villa

Spent a great three days with Vivek and his family at the Jagat Villa guesthouse. The room and communal area were very comfortable. We also spent an evening making a homemade dinner which was delicious!

Very friendly guesthouse in an ideal location

The family is super nice, the owner did everything he could to help us and to make us feel at home. Our room on the second floor was clean and lovely. We had a great time!

Great experience 

A wonderful site. In the city center. Clean, comfortable rooms and very nice family. Our friends forgot the wallet and the family of the hotel called everyone to return it.

They helped us in everything necessary. We arrived at 5 am and spent 4 fantastic days in Udaipur.

 If you want to rent a motorcycle to get to know fantastic places, ask the hotel. I will get them for 300 rupees a day.

Perfect place

We did a last minute booking and still we got and incredibly price. The location is also great, close to the lake, the Jagdish Temple and the street markets. Vivek was really thoughtful and invited us to some chai on our last day! Totally recommended for backpackers and low budget travelers. Thanks
