Horrible hotel. Dirty bed seets, Pillow cover and Duvets, full of hairs , dirt & foul smell. Wen asked to change they argue & refuse. Forced to Check out at 9 AM (said their Check out time is 9 AM), even when I reached at 2 AM, and wife was shivering from fever. Which hotel forces its guests to check out at 9 in the morning???

Horrible & Dirty

I stayed at shiv sagar close to madhuram restaurant, Room services wasnt good enough, the amount which they ask wasnt worth it, room services were terrible, in bathroom taps were chocked, anyways, 4/5 for hygiene. Most importantly, cops dont allow car to park close to their premises. One should explore more hotels. 

Average experience

near market area, few meters away from mahakaal mandir, spacious and clean rooms,
courteous staff, helpful, allowed early check of all 3 rooms booked, good restaurants, tea stalls at walking distance, all major site seeings near by, I can easily recommend.

Had a cery bad experience as all the cockroaches were in our bags and the staff was very rude and not supportive as all please never board this hotel at room... even they misplaced our things which we handed over to them for laundry..

the location of hotel is big advantage, hotel is very near to key attraction of Ujjain, all big temples are nearby, hotel very clean and rooms are also big and spacious. staff behavior is very good. good place to stay with family.

The location of the hotel is very near to some important temples. The room is nice and staff is very helpful. 
However rent is a bit on higher side. Despite a good discount offered by the hotel, I feel that room rent is not reasonable. 
Otherwise it a good place to stay. 


Nice location near main temples 

We checked in the month of july, the hotel is neat and clean. We were provided with the terrace room , it had nice little garden in front. The hotel at walkable distance from most of the major attractions like tje mahakal, har siddhi mandir, ram ghat etc. The staff is very friendly and warm. The hotel does not has its own restaurant but has a tie up with other restaurant which has nice homely food. One must definitely stay as it is affordable and nice.

Very simple and nice hotel

I booked a room in the hotel through booking.com under credit card guarantee, however payable directly to hotel for 2 dec 2017, which was an auspicious day for wedding and there were many weddings in ujjain that. Mostly all hotels were sold out. On my arrival in ujjain I called hotel to find the direction to reach hotel. I got a shock that the room I booked was sold to another Guest ( may be they got higher price because of scarcity of rooms). I took me nearly two hours to find a room for three time of the price I booked the room. I read a review by another person who had the same experience but I ignored considering I am booking through Booking.com the hotel will hold my room. Now I can say don't trust this hotel or booking.com.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Rajpal for his services. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The bathrooms are squeaky clean and hygienic. It's a good hotel for couples and family. The Mahakaleshwar temple is at walking distance from the hotel. The manger shared valuable information with us about the temple timings, tickets, taxi services etc.
