We stayed in white house for three days.We took this for wedding purpose.More then hundred guest were accommodated there.Single room,double room and three rooms furnished flats with tv.ac,refrigerator,microwave are there.
Banquet hall is available for functions.
Tourist can just check in with their suitcases.Everything is available in it.Management is very good and helpful.

rooms were good but manager was very rude  non cooperative and when asked about tea rudely said pantry is closed .though it is anon smoking apartment manager wa always puffing bidis inside the compound.Manager was very rude and non co operative.

We hired White House for a family function on 23rd & 24th June, 2017. There were about 70-75 guests. We also hired banquet hall for a musical event for about 160 people. There is no doubt that this is best place in vadodara for such gatherings. But at the same time, I would like to raise an alarm for people who intends to hire it in future. The Manager over there will play with you. Sharing my experience . 1. We booked Four 3-BHK rooms, Three 2-BHK rooms and requested to keep 3-4 one Bhk rooms. We paid advance also. To our shock, the air conditioners stopped working after 1 am. On checking we found that there was no care taker ! We finally called another manager at 5.30 am ! He gave false commitments but nothing happened till 11am. We sacrificed sleep for that night !! Suddenly in the morning, The Manager called us and told us that he cannot give us two 3-bhk and two 2-bhk flats as either air conditioners are not working or somebody else is occupying it and hence he would give us all other 1 bhk flats !!! He also played around discounts and did not offer any additional discounts as committed while booking !! It became panic situation for us to manage people in one bhk flats !! But he was least bothered. I request you to ENSURE you take everything in writing from that whimsical Manager and also check air conditioners ! Also check each AC as even after switching off, it remains on for more than 62 seconds ! As per them it's a new technology but its bullsheet, its way to charge higher electricity bill from customer and settle for discounts offered ! 2. Be careful while negotiating terms as that Manager will initially show you rosy picture to sell it and once you are in, he will find ways to ensure he recovers whatever discount given. We had hired banquet hall for 24 hours at X rate. Suddenly on the day of event, he said I will have to pay double the amount !!!! We were shocked !! Highly Unethical Behaviour !!! At the time of payment, under the fear that I will write strong and negative review and influence which I carry in vadodara, he did not dare to charge additional amount !! Please take everything in writing, which I did not do under trust factor !! He will show you new rules !! 3. Nobody would guide you at the time of  check in. Please ensure you note down Electric Meter readings 4. Manager had committed to waive off electricity charges but I had to pay them. At every step, when I requested him to call the owner, he said I am the owner !!! On checking with my groups, I came to know that they also faced similar challenges !! I am sure the Manager is playing around with Public Reviews and allowing only good reviews to be shown on various sites !! Please note I have written good review in his auditable review book under force since he was waiving unlawful double charges towards banquet hall !! 5. Please note they don't have power back up which can run at least lights and fans in the room. Since we had musical event and due to heavy rains there were chances of power going off, we told them that we shall arrange generator van on our own where they said their electrical system does not support it !!! The great GOD manager said he assures us that power will not go off !!! Friends it's a long review, but we don't want the way we went thru trauma, other should face that. At least we would never suggest this place to anyone !! Thanks 

Excellent Place for big gatherings but VERY POOR service standards !!

How such a good property can have such a terrible ,non hospitable manager?Manager Jaidip treats guests like school boys and himself like a  head master.
Leave the hospitability ,He is hostile to the guests.
 Puffing of bidis by a manager which he does  I have not seen in any property.

Good Property Worst Manager

I have been very poorly treated by the manager there named Jaideep. I went there with my fiancee to book the rooms for my upcoming wedding. He started with extreme sweet talking, and then proceeded to ask persona details such as "so who is funding your wedding, you or your parents?" Note that this was our very first encounter. 

Also, I had paid 40% advance for booking, Then, a day before the wedding, this Jaideep calls and insists on making full payment (remaining 60%) "before the guests arrive on the wedding day". He was adamant even upon my explaining that I stay right behind your location, you have my ID and address, and that you hadn't mentioned anything about making fun payment before the guests arrive when I had booked and made 40% advance payment. To this, he was rude and said he couldn't do anything and that it was their policy. So I had to rush at the last moment with the cheque. 

I have heard similar experiences fro my friends too -- the manager Jaideep is a very sweet talker and delivers an extremely poor customer service. If you plan to book White House, keep these points in mind.
