CLOSEST THING TO THE WORD..... PATHETIC. 

Will hv to write in detail :-

1. Reached hotel at around 8 AM requesting for an early check in. The person sitting over dere "Mr. mukesh/mahesh" not only denied early check in but also said that "it doesn't matter wheather your booking is confirmed or not... you have made the payment or not..... i have a number of waiting list and am overbooked so there are high chances that i wont allow you check in even  at 12:00 i.e. the actual check in time." 

on my enquiry about late check in 

he also said that there aren't any chance to allow late check in, i will give room to the guest who comes at 12. 

he also said that its your mistake to make online payments and thats why you are suffering. 

 had to use a public toilet i.e. sulabh shochalay as i had to attend a meeting at 9:30. I couldn't take bath i couldn't change my clothes, even after the fact that dere was a common washroom present in the hotel but the person denied me to use  the same in morning, about which i came to know in the evening when manager in evening offered me to use that toilet. 

I called goibibo at around 11 AM who confirmed me that late check in will be allowed in the hotel and no further inconvenience will be caused to me, they made sure of that. 

but, it wasnt so when i reached the hotel in the evening and they denied me check in again, as they said they havent received payment from OYO/Goibibo. 

 called goibibo again,  after a very  long wait while my mobile battery was dyieng, they informed me that hotelier has cut the call and he can arrange me some other property in same area within 30 mints.

However after some time the hotelier said that now you can check in and again advises me not to make online payment in future. 

2. Well, I thought it was the end of suffering,  but it had just begun, the toilet was as dirty as it could be , pics i have enclosed, are after i made them clean the toilet twice. dere wasn't any menu for breakfast, they will cook only one dish..that too not worth eating, my three days breakfast was dry thepla (without dahi/sabji anything) ..  upma (cold n sweet) ,  puri n aalu (very oily), further ... you have no other option not even milk in breakfast,  everything else you ask will be charged, didnt provide cloth hanger, when asked they provide broken one (pics enclosed), newspaper provided only once in 3 days stay, once dey didn't provide towel, n a lot more to add. 

But in all...i would suggest pls. avoid this hotel if possible, any lodge/ dharmshala would be better as if above things were done with me intentionally due to their issues with goibibo/oyo, it could happen with you also, and if it was unintentionally it would definitely happen with you.

Room and bathroom was clean. Check in process was perfect. Reception girl greeting with smile and well groom. Check out process also perfect. Somewhere wi-fi problem was there. But overall was good. Keep it up.

Visited a month back&after check in they told us toilette is not working,it was all the worst morning for my family,difficult to have bath bcz toilets flush was damaged.They didn’t provide alternative

The hotel is old and not maintained. Rooms are not very clean. Tv, telephone and flush were not working. Staff are good and helpful. There are host of other options for almost the same price. So please don’t book this hotel.

I stayed here with the family as we were given this hotel by the invitee. The hotel is not properly maintained and serviced. Rooms are dirty, bed linen and bed sheets were not clean with stinks. The bathroom was also not properly clean and was not hygienic. Mosquito and lot of other insects were running in the room. Will not recommend this hotel at all for stay.

Worst place to stay!!!

Staff are not cooperative at all. Rooms are full with mosquito. cleanness was too poor.

Found the hotel through Trip Advisor only... was on a two days official tour when I made the mistake of putting up in this hotel... Welsomed by Cockroaches in the room, dirty bed sheets and unsanitary washroom, I was lost for choices at 11:00 PM at night..... I was pushed so hard that I made up my mood to Check out with the first light of morning and to my utter horror, the guys had the heart to charge a luxury tax and handed me a bill of INR 3000/- Expensive Roaches....
