We stayed here for 2 days with family, took 4 rooms. 
Pros : cottages are huge and clean, inside the property they have small waterfalls, meenumutty falls view point and pleanty of space for recreational activities. One need not go out of the property for anything.
Food price is reasonable, but they can include more varities and Kerala specials.
Swimming pool is maintained well.

Cons: nothing significant though. Thier new rooms which faces mountains are little dusty, may be due to wind. We faced some issue with water heater as well, staff helped us change the room to cottage without any extra charges.

We took massage services as well, one of the masseur wasn't very well trained. Other person was experienced.

Accessibility : place is around 2 kms from main road and this connecting road is not in good condition.



Big cottages and friendly staff

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April.The location is a bit isolated off the road and you need a vehicle to get you there.But once you are inside this resort you will be upclose to nature.The rooms have great views of the tea gardens and forest. You can explore this resort on your own as its vastly spread on a hill top.
There  are view points created to get a panoramic view of the mountains on one side and the river Meenmutty on the other side. The location is just awesome for you to unwind and the staff is also friendly and helpful.They also have a nice pool thats surrounded by a tea garden.
 I recommend this resort for anyone who is visiting Wayanad!

Recharge and get close to nature!

I am writing this review after staying 4 nights (30/01/2019 - 03/02/2019) at Meen Mutty Heights this month. This is the best resort that we could find in Wayanad. This property is located in a serene place surrounded by forests on all sides. We stayed at the Saphire Mansion which is a room that is located at the top of a mountain within the property. The views from the room and outside the room are mesmerizing, we could hear the sound of the river flow and the birds chirping throughout the day…. Amazing experience….

The staff of the resort are the biggest strength, everyone is so very caring, polite and always ready to help. Thank you Nithin and Jacob for all the support right from checking in at 9:30 PM, helping with planning the days and the property visit. Thank you Abhilash, the chef, for the wonderful food that you cooked for us, it tasted very good even for my 6 year old boy. Thank you Rahul and Saurav for taking care of us by serving the early morning coffee and food at our room, The entire team is amazing and you can be sure to have a wonderful time here. A big thanks to Mr. Prakash, the MD of the property for keeping the team this way so that we can enjoy our stay. I will definitely stay again and again and also would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Wayanad

Best Resort In Wayanad

I stayed at the resort from 22nd -24th Dec with family.The stay was excellent and the resort location is simply superb located in middle of Tea estates and forest with water streams passing by.The rooms are spacious,clean,amenities inside room are good.Room service,behaviour of staff are very good and always helping and very prompt service.

Overall the stay,feel and experience at the Resort is very good so also at Wayanad. Highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your tranquility for few days from the busy city bustle.

Christmas Holiday at Wayanad

Stayed here for 2 days/nights.

It is located in outskirts of Wayanad. Suddenly from the main highway there is a small lane- kacha/ rough road. It's a very narrow road... not sure if an SUV can enter. The road has tea shrubs on both the side. Not lit....this was a scary ride - approx 20-25 mins ride from main highway. On reaching the resort, the villas/ rooms are located at different heights. the rooms are huge but it has old style of doors,furniture. Bathroom is also big. We arrived at night,so the ride was scary.

+ve: 
Morning is beautiful. our room/ villa was amidst the tea estate (which we could not see at night, nor did we know what are the surroundings). Anywhere you see, you will find tea shrubs. In the morning, tea-pickers were at work..picking tea leaves.
The food is good. not bad : 7 out of 10.

Okay Resort. Beautiful Tea Estate

Meenmutty Heights was suggested to us by our friend Mr. Sasidharan Unni who lives in Wayanad. After going through the reviews about the resort, we contacted them to book a room and requested that we be allotted a room with good view of the nature surrounding the resort. Our thanks to Mr. Prakash (Partner), for remembering our request & allotting the room with the best view – R-3 in the Sapphire Mansion. Never before have we stayed in any resort with such an excellent view of the nature from the room itself ! A major part of the time spent by us in the resort was in the balcony of the room, viewing the serene valley of layers of mountains & forest - with the continuous sound of waterfalls from somewhere inside the forest. We were reluctant to leave the balcony. We spent time taking photographs, reading books and having coffee/tea with snacks in the balcony – enjoying the breathtaking view. Arogyanathan, an excellent guide, took us for a trail inside the resort - which included a natural stream, bamboo island, waterfalls view point etc..  We got beautiful photos from inside the resort. Food, housekeeping etc.. were good. Their staff – Rahul, Akhilesh, Zayan …., headed by Manager Jacob, were very efficient & helpful. We look forward to stay there again during the next season.
