Rooms are excellent and the food is even better. Whenever I visit varanasi, there is no second choice when it comes to hotels. The staff is very good and above all the place is centrally located and taxis are easily available.

Best hotel in the area

I stayed into this hotel in Feb 2017 with my friends to attend a local event in Varanasi. We arrived around 1600 hrs and our pre-booked rooms were not ready and we got to wait for another 20 min whereas our check in time was 1400 hrs. At the same night hotel was having an inhouse party which made our stay very uncomfortable as rooms were not sound proof and it was too noisy for us to sleep. We booked this hotel on MAP and we were given an offer to order your dinner in room only because of the ongoing party and after so many arguments they offered us buffet dinner. Hotel was not ready with the breakfast in the morning and upon asking they told us you have to order your breakfast in room and it will take another 10 min and after ordering we did not get it in even 30 min. Since we were in Varanasi for a purpose so we left the breakfast and moved from the hotel. Staff is totally not proffessional and they don't even know H of hospitality. Rooms don't have hot water.

Guys never book this hotel as you can get better options than this hotel in Varanasi. I belong to tourism industry and I request you not to book or advise this place to anybody.
