The only USP of this hotel is its location rest everything else is third grade. Actually I would not call it a hotel rather a cheap guest house. We had booked six rooms and AC were not working in any of them. Bed linens were ultra dirty. Breakfast was average. They had no extra bed facilities. Would never ever visit again.

Terrible experience

The room had no water, no tea bags, no towel, no slippers nothing a hotel of that price should offer. Service was very bad. Breakfast too was horrible. The keys werent working properly. Many double rooms did not even have extra keys. I don't recommend.

food is very good best part of hotel mr.  Raghvendra & Neeraj, who care the people as a family member, roof top bar is vry nice you can injoy your evening in this outlet with good service, again thanks to Neeraj & raghvendra ji for helping me about all area to visit thanks a lot.

NICE STAFF WITH GOOD SERVICE

1. We booked 5 rooms and when we arrived there, we were told that only 4 rooms were available and they will not be returning the money that was paid for 5 rooms! After some arguments, miraculously they had 5 rooms. 

2. Went to the reception to collect our passports. The person in charge ignored our request for 15 minutes. When asked again, he said he did not understand the question.

3. Room service was terrible. We asked for an extra bed and had to call the reception 4 times regarding this and we waited for hours! the charging sockets were not functioning as well.

4. Before check out, we were suddenly asked to pay 100 rupees because apparently we ordered food and drinks. Again, we asked for proof and the time of order. Turns out, the date on the receipt was one day before we even checked in this hotel.

5.the receptionist refused to write down the hotel WIFI username and password. Instead, we all had to give him our phones for him to key in.

Terrible service.

staff was very helpful there parking is a issue i stayed there for one night and they helped 
me with the booking and the manager neeraj was really helpful and nice person and from a three star hotel stand point it is great and the bar and food was also decent .

Tasty food, nothing special in the menu, run of the mill stuff. Service good, ambience good, large aquarium in the restaurant, good for family visit. Parking is inadequate, have to park on the roadside.

Nice ambience, average food

Location is good and hotel's restaurant offers food with bar facility. They had only two beers to offer:Tuborg strong and Kingfisher strong and that too was highly expansive. The food was tasteless and it had very little amount at very high cost. Roti was cold and burnt. Service too was lazy. Decided not to go in the future.
