When we coming to reception desk with booking confirmation, receptionist dont want to input us to hotel. He say: first go to police office nearby and get permission here! When we go to police, they begin to delay and after half hour refuse, tell us, 'go to main police office' at 4 km from here. Was very hot, +38, we have no possibility to go so far and return to hotel reception. He again try to refuse us, but dont show any official paper. I switch on my video on phone and begin to record his answer. So he let us to stay in this hotel and give room without any paper. And we receive room with bedbugs! So, we don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
