Check in was difficult, we need to wait for almost 1 hrs for rooms. No room service even tea and coffee is available during 7AM to 10PM only. We had no choice hence forced to stay as we had already paid for the hotel.

Budget hotel

This was booked by me for my friends. This is in a good location and is very well maintained. The price is pretty reasonable. I would suggest this place for group bookings. It's well connected to the market

Well maintained

In just 1300 bucks, the room quality provided was far superior with a brilliant hill view.
We were even offered a complimentary breakfast by the manager. It was a very pleasant experience.
The staff were cordial and courteous and we had a very pleasant stay

Brilliant budget hotel

Here's a little summary of our stay. We were in Visakhapatnam for 10 days and tested around 6 different hotels in this category. This was our worst stay, here's why: I've seen a good offer on the hotels homepage attracting guests with 1.650Rs incl. taxes and breakfast. When we arrived and after a long discussion due to the fact that hotel manager suggested me to lying regarding this fact, we were told that this offer was a mistake and that we have to pay 2.000Rs plus taxes. In order to find a solution they were so nice and offered us the tax which was 5%. We were too tired to find an other hotel, but I won't to that again.
The room is simple and unclean for a 3star house, even in India. Dirty bed, broken bath room, poor wifi and tv signal and in addition to that the room was prepared for single person not for double occupation (1 towel, 1 pillow etc.) - this could happen, but it's just the sum of all that bad things. Finally service was very bad, sorry to say. We ordered dinner in our room from the menu. They told us that prices are not correct, they changed and are higher now and that I should prepay the food because they have to search it from restaurant. This was told us by a non English speaking guy - you can surely imagine the uneasy discussion. The food was poor in terms of taste and preparation. Didn't know that a tomato salad is a tomato cut in little pieces without any addition. No salt no pepper , nothing to add in the room. The complimentary breakfast was the same procedure, what they brought was kind of little bad soup, without furniture , no coffee or tea, nothing and once again it was just for one person. 
In total I suggest you to miss this hotel, and pay a bit more (100-200Rs) to get a high quality hotel, it's possible in Visakhapatnam. The total of mistakes and poor service in addition to attitude of hotel management towards guests is just not acceptable. Believe me as a experienced hotel guest all over the world. Otherwise enjoy Visakhapatnam , it's a great city !

First Bad experience in Visakhapatnam

A vey clean hotel within budget if u r looking for and with a pleasant stat. If u r looking anything near to the beach and in the city this is for u than and it is just 2km from RK Beach. Localities can also go for it, if u looking for some thing with ur frnds...
