One of the worst experiences I had in my entire life, very unprofessional staff. Zero customer service I wanted to give zero stars but left with no option. When I checked in with my wife after booking a deluxe room I was given a TWIN SHARING bed. When asked why? without any remorse they have changed it. There were cockroaches, no soap, shampoo and the AC was leaking. As I had a busy schedule I didn't bother much. Next morning I was given complimentary cards for breakfast and while having i being asked to come and pay for it as I was not supposed to get it. It was an embarrassing movement and latter when confronted with management they were are not ready to accept their mistake and said I dont have to pay for it. At the time of checkout they halted me and asked me to pay for it. The reason they have is I am ready to spend so much for a room but why can't I pay for the breakfast. Not ready to accept their mistake. I was already running late so had to clear the bills which I was promised as a complimentary. I would recommend not opt at all for this Hotel.

Worst experience and very unprofessional Staff

Had a Great Evening, we had celebrated My son 1st Birthday on Nov 26th 2020,Lovely  Restaurant interior, And Staff were very ploite and comparative,Exspecialy The Restaurant Manager Mr.Babji was helped with on Time food Delivary and Food was also Very Tastey.Thank you Ritz comfort and satyam,We will visit again.

Birthday 🎂 Party

We travelled to Vizag for attending a function and have booked the hotel on Booking.Com, based on the rating. I had booked the hotel for 4 days and booked multiple rooms for the family members accompanying me.

Good points :
1. Close to city centre.
2. Close to railway station and complex
3. Hot water

Bad points :
1. Very damp rooms, with less or no ventilation.
2. Horrible Wi-Fi connection, which never connects.
3. Horrible beds which are no where near to comfortable.
4. Very slow service.
5. Attitude of the staff is not good.
6. To my horror the room I stayed in had leaking pipeline which was never fixed and had a clogged washbasin.
7. Limited options in breakfast. And the staff in the breakfast room is very unfriendly, as if not interested.

Overall not satisfied with the value received for the money paid. 

Not worth the money charged. 

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. TV, Lamps, Table, Chairs, Double and single bed, almirah, mini bar. Washrooms and bathrooms are with good facilities. Newly built hotel in the main market. All shops are nearby.

Pleasant Stay

Certainly a Good Hotel for stay and the Hotel is near to Bus Station and Railway Station. Staff is cordial and maintenance of Hotel is very good, however supply of hot water is very poor.  

A small Note on Table attracted me, which in brief says heavy water is being used all over the world/India for clearning clothes/lenin, etc. The Note says, as a Guest of this hotel, if you say no to change of Lenin, we can save water and as a mark of saving, they will credit of Rs.100/- on our Bill.  I asked them not to change Lenin to save water.  But they have not given credit of promised money in my Bill.  When I enquired they say it is only on Hotel Restaurant Bill ( not mentioned in the Note) and not on Rent/Tariff.  Just for Rs.100/-, I felt whether this student is necessary? Simply they would have mentioned the fact and left out without promising anything. Some Guests will certainly do it.

Good but a false promise made difference to me

This place is fortunate to have such a nice collection of staff to look after you. If you have a problem with anything they will fix it quite quickly. Hot water appears at around 6 am each day and complimentary buffet breakfast is very good with dosas on request in the same way some hotels offer different varieties of eggs. The place is very clean and the room service is excellent. There is a very good and popular restaurant on the ground level which makes things very convenient for the evenings. Location is very good as the nearby Diamond Park roundabout is a place all the tuk tuk and taxi drivers are aware of.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Location is good. The quality of food is very good. The staff is courteous and response is prompt. Breakfast is also good. Only bad thing was that mostly south indian channels were accessible on cable.

Good Hotel

The room was clean, large and comfortable with a street view. It was not the cheapest room option but for a couple of hundred more I think it was worth it. Breakfast was very limited though. Other than that it was still very good value and I will stay there again. Location is also excellent for my purposes. Service is very efficient and friendly.

Clean quiet and large room

This hotel is located at a central place. Railway station and City bus stop is within 2 Km. Rooms have comfortable space for 2 peoples though I stayed single. The hotel is maintained clean and neat. Staff is excellent and very co-operative. It is good place to stay in reasonable cost for family. Food at this place I found very oily though tasty,  nevertheless the Sai Ram Parlour is just opposite and I made good with it. Few options were available in breakfast and was same almost everyday.

Good Hotel to stay near Railway Station

As soon as I arrived, the reception in a very mean way advised that if you are checking in at 7 am, you need to checkout at 7 am on the day you leave. Otherwise, we will levy charge for the entire day! 

After that, claims that the booking is for 1 person only despite the fact that I showed a proof to suggest that the booking was for family. To top that, states that we will charge your family members for the breakfast since their system displayed only 1 guest.

We paid double of what was informed to us!

While I was travelling, kept bugging me with calls asking my location!

Wifi- Never bothered to share wifi details.

We had 4 guests but the hotel kept giving 2 small water bottles whenever we requested for it.

Calls on the checkout date early morning reminding me that it's checkout time. Within 15 min, another followup call. When I ask him how much time do I have to vacate, he says "We have already given 1 hr grace time! Wow!"

Despite taking a copy of my id proof, the reception guy kept calling me by the wrong surname throughout my stay.

This hotel doesn't know what customer service is. Period. If I could score in the negative. A negative million won't be enough.
