Not worth a single star the employees(esp the one who is young) in the lobby are very unprofessional, rude and spoke inappropriatly . I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address such instances promptly and ensure that all employees adhere to a standard of professionalism and exceptional customer service.d

Very unprofessional behaviour by hotel staff(the one who looked young)

Very poor service no response from hotel staff no amenities. Water leakage in corridor. Bad behavior of hotel staff. Never going to stay there again. Only housekeeping was good on time. Apart from that there is nothing good here

Poor Service

When we checked in, no towels and no hot water. I had to call the reception for them. 
Horrible beds, and bathrooms. I will not stay here again. Although I planned to stay for three nights, I will check out tomorrow.

Old stuff / Horrible, will not stay

We were 4 members and we took 2 rooms. When I entered my room I found my TV not getting cable network. I told reception and one lady came and took photograph of the notification and went away. That's the end. In the second room where my kids were staying the aircon was not working to full capacity. The restaurant is a different story. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night was peaceful. The second night there was a marriage late in the night. There was lot of commotion outside my room. Some people even knocked my door late in the night. Basically the hotel is under staffed. Whenever they give rooms for marriage they should instruct them to go about their business silently.

hi, i had the opportunity to stay in hotel meghalaya for a very long time. i stayed  there for almost a year in 2020... during the entire duration of my stay i with all my co staff had a fantastic experience... the good thing about the hotel is the delicious food and courteous staff. infact the management  staff of the hotel is very accomodative to look after  all your needs and to provide u an unforgettable experience.. the specialty of the hotel is its food which will make u go crazy without hitting hard on your pocket. if you happen to visit vizag and have limited budget then u must try this once.

good hotel with all amenities at better price

This was a good experience overall.location ,staff,service was good...very approachable from airport,to submarine muesueum,beach,airforce museum...victory of war memorial ..hotel is worth stay..food was also better.

Good hotel

We stayed for 8 nights. Even though we had booked Superior Room, we were upgraded to Club house room. Even though we had not paid for Complimentary breakfast, we were given complimentary breakfast since we had booked for maximum nights. Buffet Breakfast was very tasty and healthy. All the staff were very friendly. Location is a big plus as it was easily accessible from most parts of Visakhapatnam. Only ladies in my family had gone there and they felt very safe.

Excellent hotel and Excellent stay

We had a small party among in our friends..... The restaurant in basement was fantastic and the staffs behaviour was polite, they had given us a special discount as per gesture.. definitely visit again.

Fantastic food and ambience

It is a nice hotel. Good ambience. Nice reception. Courteous staff and nice facility. It was a very nice experience. The hotel is one of the oldest one and the restaurants remain almost 24/7 open. Would recommend it go once

Nice hotel

Very well located but away from the noise. Booked this for a day via Goibibo, the price was almost half of what was quoted at the reception. Rooms were neat and clean, service was very prompt. The housekeeping people came in the evening to check and even gave candies as a courtesy. The restaurant was also good.

Only advantage that one gets from booking at the counter is that you can get a 24hr check-in /checkout facility.
