Such a good experience.  Nice hotel and restaurant . hotel have a big lown it's super for yoga and walk.  Restaurant food was very testy like a 5* food.  Staff and management are very good. I feel like a friendly for them.

My self vikash Kumar from chapra Bihar. I booked the hotel. Really a good experience feel me and family. Rooms are very good cleen and food was very nice.
The food have not onion 🧅 and garlic 🧄 also.

Very good hotel on a very good location with very good service and management.free parking, homely atmosphere. 24 hours eletricity and water facility, Within budget. Beautiful Green area. I love this hotel.

My worst stay ever. Unprofessional and unmannered staff. They even don't to how to talk. They treat extra pacs like a staff, no towels given, no extra bed offered just gave a bedsheets on floor. Never visit this hotel. I never recommend.

Worst service and unmannered staff.

It was extremely disappointing. Mostly because of the behaviour of the management / reception. We got our rooms around 1.30 - 2. Only one room by 1. The rooms were Super Deluxe Rooms, but we were given two Super Deluxe and one slightly smaller room which was obviously the Deluxe. They ofcourse, denied that. The bathrooms of the Deluxe was terrible. Not in workable condition, even after they cleaned up. The geyser was not working in two rooms. 
Only one room was in full working condition. Everything would have been acceptable if the behaviour of the manager/owner who were present at the reception...been a little more pleasant. But they were arrogant and rude. Strange for that is exactly the opposite of what you expect in Vrindavan. 

The restaurant is the dirtiest place in there. They seriously need to look into the cleanliness. Surprisingly the breakfast was edible. And the plates were clean. And it had the only staff/ person smiling in that whole place. 

Wouldn't go back for a million dollars though. Everything is acceptable except bad behaviour. That is not the way to run a hotel, that too in the place where people go looking for...  Peace. 



A Bad Experience. 

Rude staff, extreme poor conditions of toilets, Geysers not working ,  extremely dirty kitchen....
We booked 3 Super deluxe rooms....however 1 room was of smaller size and most possibly  fell in lower deluxe category....
People at Reception were extremely rude and did not help us.....
We got 1 room at 12:30 pm and the remaining 2 rooms after 1:30 pm .....
There are MANY more similar hotels in Vrindavan with better facilities.....
AVOID THIS ONE......

HORRIBLE Experience....

Stayed here for 1 night. Quite pleased with the hotel parking facility, room service and restaurant cuisines. They even boiled the kids milk bottle on request . Size of the rooms is pretty decent 
Bathroom cleaners needs some improvement.

Pleasant stay. Worth the price.

Overall it was good stay and services were good too. Only thing is it is quite away from main mandir and you will end by paying extra charges. Otherwise this is a good hotel for family stay and good location. 

Holi celebration 

It is one of the best hotel in Mathura city near Vrindavan  . It provides best and hygienic food.Wi fi and laundry system are available in this hotel. Environment of this hotel is very clean. Breakfast of this hotel is too good..
