A budget hotel located in the Tanjung Karang area, the central of Bandar Lampung. The room is quite spacious and close to the center of souvenirs. The breakfast menu should more variative and the WiFi should repaired to maximize the connection.

Nice budget hotel

I was stay here for my very short holiday with my family. It have a very good rate and location, but the good thing are stop here. Because once you get inside the room you'll find that the room are poorly maintenance. The food are quite the same, but for that kinda price... i wont whining to much, BUT i will whining about the dirty and (as i quote from other guest that also comment in here, MikeKYC) "breakfast is lousy even for simple expectation, restaurant is more like a canteen. But, the worst of all, you can see the staff prefer not talking or servicing their guests. They are too busy doing their own things, playing with their mobile phone or talking among themselves" and i totally agree with this quote. Because i feel it myself. So, please fix this.

Good Location with Bad Service

I and my friend stayed here for 2 nights. We traveled to Lampung, hunting for each great beaches. Despite, the hotel is quite old, but it is actually clean, convenient and comofortable for short stays. It is situated in the city center, with plenty of local great restaurants, and shops. 

Since we spent most of the time outdoor, this is the kind of hotel that you can opt if you only need to have a good sleep and a nice breakfast, hot shower, plus free wifi for only USD30 per night. 

We recommend this hotel for outdoor or business travelers.

Cheap, clean, good location

Have to admit that the hotel looks a bit old and kind of less maintained. But on the bright side this hotel is very convenient when you are traveling to or just having a transit in Lampung. Located right at the main road, only 8 minutes walking distance to the train station and 30 minutes by car to the airport, and an ATM just across the street.. You can go literally to everywhere from here. 

The hotel also has a bakery, an apothecary, a reflexology center and a small clinic next to it, very convenient if you need some snacks, power booster and or medicines in times of need. I think the owner of those and the hotel is the same.

In conclusion, corrections and fixes are necessary for the hotel in order to climb up in the rating, especially the cleanliness. As for me, for a great location as this, it's a good deal for money.

Great location

Even if rate is the main factor, there are better choices around.
From the moment we arrived to the reception, it looks like a pretty decent budget hotel.
From there onwards, everything else is quite disappointing: room not well maintained, bathroom not working properly, air conditioning not sufficient, breakfast is lousy even for simple expectation, restaurant is more like a canteen.
But, the worst of all, you can see the staff prefer not talking or servicing their guests.
They are too busy doing their own things, playing with their mobile phone or talking among themselves.
