Just returned from a 10-day vacation in Bandung and we are so glad we chosed Aston Tropicana, Cihampelas!
Booked three rooms (1executive and 2 deluxe) for our family of six. The rooms are newly renovated and refurnished. We were delighted when one of the deluxe rooms was given a free upgrade to executive so that we could get a connecting room with our daughters. Wifi was reliable and fast. Hotel is equipped with full facilities. Location is good, surrounded by a combination of modern shopping mall and old shop houses.
Staffs are always very friendly and responsive, front desk always takes time to chat and jokes with us from our returns.
Special thanks to Nabila and Regina for their warmth, sincerity and hospitality from the day of our arrival to our departure. Already looking forward to our next stay at Aston Tropicana Bandung!

Love it!

We tried Aston Tropicana because of its brand and close to Ciwalk as our main goal, to get an executive room. With an area of ​​50 square it is very comfortable with a classy interior. the FO staff and security guards are friendly...it's just a shame that the room service and break fast are not delicious in taste, but this hotel consistently applies its CHSE standards. the quality of massage from the therapist is okay the price is affordable.

I visited this hotel many times before, whether for business or family.

Front desk staffs were very friendly, nice and helpful.

Executive room at 7th floor was spacious, neat, clean and we were happily spent 2 nights there.

Breakfast was fine, aston standard meal was served. Small issue on omlette stall, the LPG was finished and the staffs need sometimes for replacing with full LPG tube. Unfortunate for me unable to taste the delicious aston breakfast omlette.

During my visit, parking lot was so full. I think the management should start thinking to expand the parking lot, it is already been years.

Overall I spent another great 2 nights at Aston Tropicana.

Short get away

Stayed for 1 night at deluxe & Executive room, everything juz Perfecto! I love the rooms are clean, foods so tasty, especially the hospitality so WOW. Special thanks to Bapak Teguh and Febri with their true hospitality and friendly. This is what I called excellent staycation ! Definitely will return to stay again at Aston Tropicana. Kudos !!!

Lovely Aston Tropicana, Perfecto !!!

I have a pleasant stay at Aston Tropicana Hotel during my visit in Bandung.

Great complete amenities, specious room, comfy bed, cool and nice aircon.

I enjoy the bathtub with nice and hot water. They provide complete toiletries too.

The location is superb at Jalan Cihampelas. Near to any tourist attractions, food stall, restaurant, lots of mini market, 5 minutes walk to Ciwalk.

But the highlight of the hotel was ofcourse the staffs. 

I came early and Frond Desk Agent named Meida accommodate me well with a smile behind her mask and allow me to check in early eventho i did not ask. Thank you.

From the security at the parking lot, receptionist at the lobby and housekeeping they are all nice and full of smile behind their mask

 the building is old,
 the check-in process is not well served, 
the restaurant waiters are just as bad at serving without a smile and saying thank you,
please retrain all the staff, teach manners by greeting guests and saying thank you, as long as checkin doesn't hear that

Yes! ASTON Tropicana Hotel is located in a strategic area, and very close to Cihampelas Walk, it's only 2 minutes walk in distance. So there is no need to go far to look for food or any other stuffs.

By the way, the breakfast menu here is quite varied. The restaurant applies no-self-service! So, the staff will help you to get the menu you that you want.

I stayed at the Aston Tropicana Bandung for 1 night. And i was staying at 738 and the room was clean and comfortable. Meika, the reservation, worked hard to organize the exact rooms we requested. Highly appreciated the chef, Mr Rico who assisted my request and gave me some kind eggs. Thanks to all staff's for giving me a memorable honeymoon vacation. Definitely Will be back soon.

at front office, they said only have no smoking room, whille i bring my baby........ so they offering mw, im no choice. boy room has try tp treatment with some spray smell, but its still smoking smel at anything. this is bad experince

Nice place to stay, closed to shopping area and near by some landmark populer, there is gym for every one who love to sport and swimming pool for family with children looks good and nice overall, recommend
