We stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago. There was a problem 2 yrs ago with the water. They don't have water in the morning, so we couldn't take a shower. 1.5 yrs ago we visited this place again, and the AC was really hot. We called the engineer and it didn't fix anything. 

Lastly we visited this place couple of days ago. We're were sceptical at first that this place would be having problem again. But we gave it a last try anyway. The second day we stayed, our room couldn't be open with our key and the staff's key. So they had to forced open our room. And we were delayed for our schedule that day.

My suggestion, don't stay in 507. The bathroom is so tight. and don't stay 505, as the blinds in the bathroom couldn't be close completely, and you could see people taking showers in it.

Please improve the hotel! Why sould we come to always find problems with this hotel?!

Such a Dilemma

The room was spacious. Everything in the room are very old start from the carpet, bed sheets, bed, sofa, sink and closet. Cleanliness is not up to expectation. No hairdryer, when request for it also not available. Before checkout the staff never check their journal...just simply demand for 2 key cards, in fact they only gave one key. I would never want to stay there in the future.

Old in everything and Poor Management

Im very accurate and more demanding than normal customers and want good value for money.
I have seen some variables that are to be considered a drawback like if they are hardly any western tourists, like at this hotel reviewed here:

I cannot recommend this hotel, as there were far to many things not working as they should.  Firstly there were internet problems; mainly either hardly any internet like in my room, or a very slow in the common area one causing some lost time and delays in my work. 
Secondly language problems hardly anyone there spoke English.  Best employee was Mr. Joel a nice guy in the reception who speaks good English. The room had old carpets and was not clean enough when you took a closer look at it, like I did for example behind the furniture!. Also it is a bit noisy there from the streets. The management was not professional enough, when I raised that and some other topics not professional enough at this place. 
A good spa though next door to it, that can be recommended.

Less than avarage and management problems

There’s only 1 Suite room in this hotel. ONLY ONE! seriously? I was the lucky one that got the suite room, but too bad it’s not like my expectation. free minibar but the room was a little bit creepy, dirty, dusty, and we got 2 cockroach in the bathroom. the taste of their food from the resto wasn’t good. breakfast was also bad. the staffs are VERY BAD HOSPITALITY. there’s no bath soap, there’s no teeth brush (shower applience), the water was yellow.

This hotel made from Environment friendly material from unsed container but not really well the maintenance,  they must improve the aircond not cold enough for the Big room... The carpet looks dirty and old... The only good is the food... Thats all
