Good budget hotel @cihampelas street 

last minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

old furniture, but enough clean. easy to check in using yr cellphone. they sell antiseptic spray in FO with cheap price. the swimming pool have a nice bathroom.  you can go to the shopping mall by foot, easy to find F&B around the hotel.

The location of this hotel is In Ciampelas area, one of the famous tourist area in Bandung. Many clothing stores and reastaurants around this area. If u cross the street, the is one of great shopping mall in Bandung, Ciampelas Walk. The hotel is in one location with the Aston Tropicana Hotel. This hotel has some facilities such as mini mart, swimming pool, and others. The room is small buat clean. The staff so friendly and helpful.

very nice for group travellers.....the place is very attraction......very easy to find a fast food and so many local foods a arrounded....this place a very suitable for family travel and room are very comfartable...

I once checked in here in September and was handled by Mela the receptionist with very unfriendly even though I wanted to get a room according to my request, she did not smile at me. but I checked out the handle well by the other receptionist who was very friendly. but in December I checked in again with the receptionist mela her made me wait a long time just to see him joking on the phone laughing without thinking about my long wait, and finally I was in the hand of another receptionist because it had been a very long wait. for the hotel, location, room cleanliness, the pool is quite good i like it very much, but for the impression at check in i was very bad.

Overall was good enough for us to stay three nights there. Well warming from the front service officer. The meal suits me. Excellent, relax ambience. The only thing is the floor (carpets) along the stairs quite old. Need improvisation on that.

the manner of the receptionist need to be trained again, because never give a greeting to the customer when walk in or pass after or before the breakfast
the sense of secure need to be trained again, not just a give away a new card keys to any one
