Location is excellent in central hotel district Nagoya in batam,  near to all locations.rooms and restaurants are good enough for selected price, better rooms are better in price.Swimming pool awesome.

Staff are helpfull and friendly. 
Especially receptionist Lena and pool staff. 
+ Big pool & nice
- room is poor
- breakfast not really good. 
I stayed 2 night, batam at night time with many bar, club, ktv, massage... 
A few destination for visit.

Stayed here for 2 nights.Good receptionist and fast service by the porter.Delicious Sop ekor,I order it 3 times👍.Different types of breakfast,everyday.Very good massage from the lady massager.Except the pool is old,needs upgrading.Worth the rupiah going to this hotel.

1st time visit to this hotel

Visit batam with friends. Not for family stay because its a hotel with small rooms
Staff is  good. Food was average. As i say this is for budget trip with friends. Overall average stay for me. Swimming pool is so big. Visit if with friends.

Airy Komplek Batam Sentosa Raya Ali Haji Batam is the wordt place in the world I have visited. The hotel lobby and hallways are very dark, dirty and smelly. In the whole hotel and room you smell "amoniac" this is just the pie and dirt from rats and mice. They are spraying some flower parfum to hide the bad smells in the hotel. 

The swimmingpool is closed and the water looks invisuable. The rooms are old and only decorated with some advertisment of Airy rooms (brand) I was suposed to stay here for a week but left after 1 night when I found out that mice were walking trough my room and had been eating my bags of candy 

Don't go to this hotel it is not comfortable, safe and dangerous for your health!

Instead I went to crown vista hotel wich was clean and comfortable.
