Theres spider web at everywhere, specially in bathroom area. TV has no channel, no telephone at room, so i use my mobile phone to request breakfast ( they inform first when we are check in, for bfast will be deliver to our room tomorrow morning) and ask them about  all tv tune already gone. Smell not good inside bedroom, maybe it caused due to the air really moist

Other that, They dont have lift, it make sense due to they have only ground level and 1st level. But, im little bit disappointed due to i beg my luggage by myself (it heavy and you should bring by yourself by stair) and they staff not ask,even once,to help us bring our luggage to  our room at upper floor

Oh ya, maybe you should train your front office staff. When me and my husband check out, She serve us with still chewing her lunch

Thank God, i just stay here for transit only

An old hotel and needs maintenance but still quite good with a swimming pool and pool table, the staff is very friendly, but cleanliness and taste of the food need to be improved, overall pretty satisfied.

Quiet and comfortable

Upper room of poor quality, mice in the garbage can, stained sheets and pillows, ants in the bed, dirty head of bed. Unfortunately, we were overclassified in a deluxe room where we found cockroaches on the wall, always ants and dubious sheets. Difficulty sleeping because part of the window was open and only fitted with mosquito nets. The room was located near the reception desk, all night we could hear the guards talking and doing their motorcycle ride around the complex! Horrible, we won't come back.

Very disappointing.

We stay at this hotel at march 21st, we booked 5 rooms for our big family, place is so quite and clean, the cool weather is so refreshing, we played pool/billiard next to the lobby, that was fun
In the mornings all family members jump up into the swimming pool just before breakfast.

Amazing Bumi Ciherang is actually villas' area. There are only 20 rooms in the hotel. The location is quite nice if you want quiet, calm and relaxed environment, this is the right place. The room is spacious with good air circulation. On my visit, I would say the pillow doesn't smell that good. Bathroom and hot water are ok. They provide sandals inside the room. The only problem is the limited electricity outlet inside the room. They only have 1 spare outlet in the room and 1 in the bathroom. For me, this is just a OK hotel.
