we booked this hotel from ti***.*om and got the room as our order, but the room and bathroom looked worn out and some of the equipment was broken, the service was quite good with enough breakfast for a hotel of its class.  A beautiful view and good location will be very valuable if the room is repaired, it doesn't need to be luxurious but functions properly with maintained cleanliness.

Hotel with good location and view

I just make a booking from online agent which is ag**a, i spent almost 700,000 idr but what i get is very very below my expectation. Just because i booked online i got terrible room that different with the room picture in the internet. There are no chair, small room, dirty bad, bathroom, no towel, bad lamp, spooky room. Really different with the picture. When i ask to change my room they said all room is full booked. The staff also not welcome. I am really not recommended this hotel.

Bad hotel with bad room bad service bad everything, better looking for other hotel

visiting this hotel due to our Trip to Puncak, this hotel picked due to for my son had exam by online.
The room is quite small for deluxe type.
actually this hotel had great pool with landscape view behind.
breakfast is very simple.
overall you get what you paid.

No Bad lah

We (I, my wife, and my two kids) went to Puncak last weekend because my wife had to organize a birthday party at a nearby villa, and we had to stay overnight. Actually, we stayed at another hotel on the night of the event, and it was billed to the event organizer's account. 

Reluctant to return to the city on Sunday as usually the road will be jam-packed with traveller's cars wrapping up their weekend getaway, we decided to spend another night at the area. 

As we have to pay from our own pocket this time, I was looking for a more affordable alternative and found this place.

Through Tripadvisor, I got the lowest rate for this property. And with that rate, for me, this hotel is the most bang-for-the-buck. Why?  Let me tell you so.

Ariandri hotel is located in Tugu area (upper Cisarua), so the temperature is cooler than other hotels in lower altitude area.
The super-deluxe type of room that we stayed in, is completed with a fridge, tea/coffee maker, large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. An extra bed is really affordable, and a range of room service is available at a low price. 
The view is overlooking the same scenery as that of the other expensive 4-star rated hotel nearby.

However, don't expect too much from hotels in the Puncak area. 
Wifi is almost non-existent. TV reception is poor. The swimming pool is small.

The restaurant is under renovation at the time of our visit, so better service and better building are supposedly on their way.
The phone line was troubled, but they were busy fixing it. To request for any service, guests are given a cell number for messaging through Whatsapp. 

Breakfasts were served ala carte and delivered to the room, and choices of fried rice or fried mee hoon are on offer. It comes with slices of fruit, hot tea, and a glass of fresh juice. 

All staffs are helpful and performed very well.

For the price I paid, I don't think I can complain, and I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Probably the most bang-for-the-buck option in Puncak

me and family were staying in 4 bedrooms bungalow. it was clean and decent.

plus point:
good location, not far from taman safari indonesia. fresh air, good view. clean room. bungalows have stove, fridge and good kitchen stuffs. modernly renovated
bed and bathroom was just okay. the towel was thin, and the bath mat looks old.
staffs were nice and friendly. nice yard around bungalow and playground.

cons/minus points:
swimming pool too small, while the guests are full it will be so crowded and dirty so fast. my child even cancelled to swim cause it was already dirty and overly crowded with guests.
the breakfast variety was enough but they were taste so awful. for the cereal i dont know what kind of milk they used but i was not taste like fresh milk that i used to find in other hotel standard breakfast. for the chocolate spread also did not taste like chocolate. idk what it was. for the fried chicken it was so hard on the outside and not finely cooked inside. the porridge also taste not good, the toppings is not met hotel standards i usually find. this is a 3 star hotel and i have not experienced this low standard of breakfast in other
 3stars hotels.

when i sent my review and complain about the meal on the hotels social media  account, they just didnot respond at all.

so if you want to find hotel in puncak with good location and clean nice room, its okay to stay here in ariandri pardede hotel as the price also not so expensive. but better find other place if you expect good meal from the hotel and nice swimming pool.

average because it has some okay features and worse feature

We had booked for a Triple room., but the extra bed was NOT in the room by the time we checked-in. (around 9pm) then when we asked about it.. the guy came with just a single foam mattress and set in on the floor. we was shocked and asked for a triple room., and he said this is it and here how it is.

They was only 2 bath towels. my girlfriend called the reception and and asked for a towel.. and they said we need to pay additional IDR 10000. then I called reception and asked for the manager. and the guy said the manager at home. i had to speak loud and finally got an towel after 5 minutes. What i guess is they try to make some pocket money from us.

wifi strength has very poor. only works at the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is nice. room was super big and nice. breakfast was good as well. BUT THE MANAGEMENT + STAFFS RUNS THE HOTEL TERRIBLY. NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL. WE HAD TO STAY WITH NO CHOICE BECAUSE IT WAS TOO TALE FOR LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.  DEFERENTIALLY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AND NEVER WILL BACK AGAIN!

WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

Best choice hotel for staying with families or colleagues with remarkable location & the best landscape ever in Cisarua of puncak area.
Only the breakfast need improvement & more variation.. Overall good.

Hotel with a nice Mountain view

I stayed on room 532, get a great view, nice ambience and pleasant stay.
The breakfast is so so, could not complain about that, but the pool is nice and clean, the room is pleasant and clean. Got some trouble with toilet spray but it getting fixed in less than 2 hours (i reported the broken hose in 7am) and they fixed it after i had my breakfast.

The receptionist is polite, and fulfill all my needs while i stayed at the hotel.

Water kettle is available, but no tea bag existed. sadly i don't drink coffee so a tea bag or two i think is better to be putted in room

Short Getaway Escape in Ariandri

i booking with traveloka. this is my birthday so my boyfriend tell me about this hotel very nice. when i check in hotel i saw this room no AC. i see detail this hotel with AC. but in detail room not written with AC or NO. so ask with traveloka canot refundable. and i ask with the recepsionist hotel they say they not resposible with this booking because i booking with traveloka. such not give me the solution. i ask upgrade the room but is too expensive is double price the room i was booking. THIS WAS CRAZY. because this hotel with 3 star with this price but NO AC. SO SUCKSS... REALLY DISPOINTED with this hotel and the reciopsionist not really nice when i ask about upgrade the room. so if you want booking hotel by online i think you make a call with the hotel make sure for everything.

I stayed on 3rd November. Clean room, beautiful view with beautiful pool but for breakfast and toiletries are needs more improve. There’s no coffee or tea maker at our room, we need to call receptionist first if we want hot water for coffee/tea.
