It was an okay hotel. The room is nice, the furniture little bit old but it’s neat and clean. We stay just for one night and really enjoy the pool/ hot spring area. Breakfast is also nice. And it was pleasant not really crowded for staying. Might come back again

Nice stay

Everything looks dim and aged, bathroom not clean, the style and color combination is horrifying, have dark spots and spider web here and there. 
Worst food ever, the hotel need to get new chef, my mum can cook better than that, taste salty with wrong taste of combination, we cannot eat most of the stuff in breakfast, egg omellete only, too salty and they give small piece.
We order bihun goreng from restaurant, expecting better food but it was awful.
Swimming pool always crowded because thy open for public so cannot enjoy it.
They dont maintain the surrounding well, not tidy.

The hotel really need some refreshment and hire better interior design people.

Old hotel, dirty bathroom, worst food ever, not for couple

1.1 nights with the family fitting night at the hotel Eid no celebration whatsoever, the room is neat but neat cleanliness is lacking .... from the kettle water kettle I do not think I ever washed .. ujung kara kettle, tekonya also buras many spots former people hold alias dirty , toilet .... toilet to clean the tooth wear fots *** let me not have moss spots .... toothbrush in dapet if you do not want canker sores do not use .. because so in the toothbrush in the teeth fall all ampunnn (the lowest quality I've ever encountered)
2.day lebarannya menu in restonya badkkk once ... just ketupat opor, fried rice is not content, clear vegetables, sprinkles doang, porridge gravy without chicken ... nothing sambel etc .... I think a little suprise with restonya when it's Idul Fitri holiday, especially the toilet need renov .... gone breakfast goes to toilet restra buarrr make vomit .... toilets still use closet hole two jadul once .... service restonya not swiftly ... all must be in question new moves .... oiya if bring children must pay 1 child under 10 th 65 thousand through 10 years 125 ... amazing with that price and get a menu like that I feel out of the ordinary, exceed the expectations of 5 star hotel with the price of cooking like in warteg, I think it's a shame that the hotel viewnya incredible in disrepair with a restaurant so bad service and menu taste very very bad,

4.For the pool good job of his staff ... cleanliness pool cleanhh really, from the water, the environment, the room rinse and the toilet all brilliant kinclong .. the staff is nimble and friendly i like.

very nice unfortunately the lake a lot of garbage ..... if there is morning sunlight kelon around the terrace room overlooking the lake

if you just want to find the view for this hotel photos really fitting tp do not expect more with special events on special day and especially the menu hehehe ....
hopefully the hotel in particular who have immediately renovate the toilet and find a reliable chef for this hotel let me with this price is as crazy as what consumers should get ....

idul fitri moment

Went here in August. We picked weekday instead of weekend to avoid crowds. And yeah, it's really quiet (except the swimming pool). 

Reception was quiet, no waiting time to check-in at all. Check-in went well, and staffs pretty helpful. Sent us to the room and assisting with our belongings.

The place quite different than the picture, I guess because it's already aged. Looks like pretty old place, but still a decent stay. Room have all amenities and furniture in good shape (not perfect). 

We wanted to enjoy the canoe (boat), but the water was too green, so afraid of falling into it. And also doesn't seems that many used the boats. Not sure tho during the weekend.

Our bed however, found some dirts. Unsure what that is, but doesn't seems so clean. Saw hole on bedsheet because of smoke.

Some spider webs (nothing harmful) in the room. Toilet looks very old especially the bath tub. But as long as hot water works, I'm happy :D. 

Understand tap water is not for drinks, but why salty?? you can't use it to boil water. 

Oh btw, they sent the breakfast to our room!. Pretty decent food... nasi goreng, eggs, juice, toasted bread, and fruits. 

During our stay very quiet, but the pool isn't probably they opened it for public. Didn't try the hot water pool ...

Other than that, pretty decent but very old place. I would try other resort around then next time.

Refreshing Stay with Average Ambience

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family (4 adult & 2 kids), checked-in on sunday & checked-out on tuesday. We booked 2 sunda rooms, with 1 extra-bed.

Pros:
- Checked-in & checked-out process was fine. 
- The room was clean & neat, although not big but enough.
- Hot water in the bathroom & bathtub was great.
- The room with direct access to the lake from balcony & paddle boat for each room was amazing.
- Hot water swimming pool with waterslide was great.
- Outdoor (outbound) activity for kids was perfect.
- Buffet breakfast was nice, eventhough only served indonesian food with less variety.

Cons:
- Each room was suppossedly equipped with 1 paddle boat, but there was only 1 available when we checked-in. On the 2nd day, when we got back from our day trip, the boat was missing & when we complained, it turned out that the hotel staff has given the boat to other guest, and we have to wait until the next morning to get the boat.
- The hotel didn't inform us that every monday and thursday the swimming pool was used by swimming club for their routine course activities. It was very crowded. And sadly, there were some people sitting on the pool-side and smoking freely, eventhough there were no-smoking signs and life-guards everywhere. (I also informed this at the receptionist during checked-out)
- The internet connection in my room was poor.

Pool & Boat Management should be better...Poor internet connection

Being my fourth visit, I didn't have problem reaching this nice resort. It's a resort to forget your hectic and busy life. With beautiful surounding, flying fox, paddy field, the hot and cold pools. It's a place to relax. What I missed was the "jematan sengolan" it's demolised.
The chalets were built with different designs in accordance to the Indonesian provinces, Minang, Batak etc.

Condusive and very relaxing place

The room is clean and the hotel design is good but the lake ( not sure what it called ) is so green haha I think it's because of algae, but overall is perfect. They also gave us buffet voucher for each person *basedonroomregulation and it's very satisfying.

For the buyer, this facility is far too expensive. The food is OK, the staff is friendly. Generously designed with rowboats right in front of the rooms, not a bad idea, but everything is in urgent need of a renovation. There is a lot of garbage in the pools, which in turn affects the overall impression. But since Cipanas is very often full and full, you will probably have to wait a long time for the urgently needed renovation. It's a shame that you let a facility in this fantastic location rot like this. This applies to some accommodation in Garut/Cipanas, by the way.
