When we arrived, everything still seemed quite normal, the outdoor facility looked good for Indonesian conditions, and the staff seemed nice. When we arrived in the room, there was a hairbrush right at the entrance. There were two towels in the room. One was used and lay in the corner on the floor and the other was full of grey spots on a dresser. The bed was neatly covered, but the bed was also full of spots. For the bathroom, I didn't have much to say, because the pictures speak for themselves.

This is by far the worst hotel!

For a small amount of money we receieved a simple but nice and clean room with single bed which can easily be used by two people. Before we choose so called  "single room",  which were represented on agoda like "double",  manager offered us "real deluxe double"  but we declined it in cause of high price.  We didn't used AC but hot shower worked perfectly and bed was clean.  No bugs inside.  What I really appreciated is beautiful green peaceful garden in the yard,  which we enjoyed sitting on chairs near our number. Also we checked out very early  for visiting Papandayan and workers allowed us to left our big backpacks  in their cloakrooms without extra fee.  We just gave em small tips after. All conversations with employees were smileful and positive.

This is a beautiful location with nice rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly personnel smallest gym I have ever seen (see picture) and nice food in restaurant breakfast is served at the balcony of the rooms at any time you like. One warning as this is a remote location you heavily depend on the staff for transportation and it is not cheap. Furthermore the driver came late and had not the kind of car we agreed upon. So be careful.....

Do not stay here. Nothing works - neither the a/c, nor the plumbing.  The beds are really hard. I had to take a small room behind the office just because the a/c there was working. The breakfast is served in the room at exactly 7am and consisted of boiled rice and a reddish curry on both the days that I was there. The wi-fi worked only near the front desk. My advice will be not to go there.
