Nice and simple bungalows, you get what you pay for. The area around is beautiful. Breakfast was good, and the staff was really nice and helpful. We rented snorkle equipment there, and its a really short walk down to the beautiful beach. Relaxing place to stay, I really recomend it.

Beautiful place!

Absolutely amazing place! I'm so happy we stayed there (5N)! Nice bungalows, amazing people working there, so helpful and friendly, definitely exceeding expectations, great breakfast included, good, fresh and valuable food in restaurant, very close to the north west beach (sunset, reef) but far from port. Bungalows without AC have fan and are ok. Place is very nice and we will stay there again when we come back to Gili Meno. (wifi only in restaurant but it was ok)

I'm in love in this place! :)

I walked past gili gardens when i smelled something heavenly. The owners wife was roasting green coffee beans in open fire. I had to go to the restaurant and get some of that coffee. It took a moment, apparently the coffee was finished and they had to grind the beans powder fine. It was amazing cup of kopi lombok, worth of every rupee. I came there the next day for lunch, and the food was very good as well. Gili meno is pretty expensive, but their food was reasonably priced. The staff was very kind and I had very good service there. Recommend, especially for the coffee lovers :)

a great cuppa joe

Situated a 10 minute walk from the main strip, Gili Garden had perfect access to the beach. The staff were so kind and attentive and our rooms included unlimited tea and coffee, and breakfast as well. The area felt safe, particularly with our friendly hosts always around. The rooms were very clean with good air conditioning. 

Friendly, clean and good location

Great setting, in the heart of the island surrounded by locals rather than on the main tourist strip. But only a 10/15 minute walk from the main strip by the harbour and the same to the sunset side. Staff as really lovely, so friendly and welcoming and always around if you need anything. Breakfast was great, served on the porch as soon as we stepped out in the morning. Good shower and good wifi! Overall great value for money I would definitely recommend staying here. 

Lovely place

We stayed at Gili Garden bungalows for 2 nights whilst we stayed at gili Meno. It was clean and very basic - With towels, a clean sheet for bed linen (didn’t need more in such warm weather), the air conditioner worked really well. There was no room cleaning but for the price it was fine. The shower only had cold water but I think that’s how it is on many places living on Meno. It wasn’t freezing water so it was actually pleasant to shower in. We highly recommend this accommodation for those on a budget! It had all we needed. Breakfast was also good (fairly large portion). The family there is also very kind. We used their laundry service too which was fine. Paid 25000 for 1 kg. Downside: we rented their bikes however 10 minutes into our bike ride one of the bike pedals fell off so we took them back and got our money back. 
Overall a great stay! Close to the beach and everything so it was perfect for us!

Really good for cheap price!

Really nice place to chill, look out for the awesome bamboo architecture with blue canopy on top! While chilling you may spot few turtles coming up for air. We manage to swim with the turtles! Small turles and they come quite near to the shore.

Nice little place, comfy bed but no hot water but for £10 per night with breakfast was good value.

Samir was good nothing too much trouble even rescuing me from a scorpion in my room. 

Great location just 3 mins from the beach, take a torch as it's quite dark but safe. 

Beautiful island and beautiful people.

Take a bike ride around and be sure to find Brotherhood by the lake " #trashheroesgilimeno.

Attas travel by the harbour run by a delightful English lady was a good find too helpful honest advice given

Clean rooms, friendly staff. OK breakfast with a choice of pancake or eggs. 
It is located a few hundred meters from the beach, but it still a nice place. 
But, no aircon and no roof fan made sleeping a challenge. The table fan is insufficient. 

Family

My husband booked this place so he could see the birds.  Upon arrival we found out that the resort has been sold and the new owners gave the birds away.  Plus the crocodile which I didn't know was there.   The place needs a lot of work but I can say that the rooms were very clean,  the staff very helpful and fun to converse with. Even tho there was no hot water we were able to shower because comfortably as either I or the water temp increased during the day.   There is going to be a lot of work done,  rooms will be gutted and redone at xmas 2017.  Looking forward to seeing what it looks like when all the work is done.  I found the meals on the beach for me were better but there are 3 places very nearby for meals at reasonable prices.
