A perfect place to be very close to the bustling centre of the island but conveniently located on a very quiet street without any noise or noise.The staff is super friendly and helpful.Always with a smile and willing to help.The swimming pool is wonderful and breakfast is very good.

Very central but very quiet location.

Hotel 3 minutes' walk from the harbour, comprising small bungalows equipped with a shower room and outdoor toilet with air conditioning and refrigerator. Central pool.Possibility to rent bicycles on site for 50 000 rpi.Problem: no shower water for 2 days, no housekeeping in the rooms, very limited breakfast pancake or egg, coffee or tea and juice! Nothing more! The hotel clearly lacks comfort and competent staff!

It might be heaven, but...

What an incredibly nice place. (close to the beach) The place is run by incredibly sweet and hospitable people who are there for you 24/7. If you want to do an activity, I also recommend talking to them first. They are very thoughtful and offer a good price. We really enjoyed our stay, a real holiday feeling!

This place is brilliant I had a great stay there the rooms where lovely and tidy and the people who work there were so friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for us so helpful. really recommended this place.

Madison review is great

Great place, good value, friendly manager, all facilities present, really  near the city center. Laundry service and bicycle rentals. And best of all; pool right in front of your door... what's not to like?! I can really recommend this place as a midclass option. 

Great hotel/cabins

We stayed there for two nights. The place is nice, very good location. Just a 2min walk from the harbour.
However we had some issues. On the first day, we were given the 1st cottage right beside the entrance, there were a lot of noise, we could understand them as they were full. But the AC was not working, and it was damn hot in Gili, we complained several times and found out the manager was not available all times.  Funny thing is we had never seen the manager in in our 2nights stay. We couldn't sleep at night on the 1st day due to unbearable temp. They apologized many times for this the next morning and the boys in charge pf the property were very well behaved, I must add. The pool was nice but not clean.
However on the next day they gave us another cottage where AC was working but it had 2 separate beds. Still we took it just because of the ac. So though the property was nice, service was not up to mark.
However, the breakfast was too good. The pancake is the best. DON'T MISS IT! And they served fresh fruit juice, which were also nice(we were served artificial flavour juices in many other properties in Bali). Other than these issues, it's a nice and convenient place to stay at Gili. 

Overall good

Good and quite place. But some shower amenities will not provide, such as shampoo, tooth brush and paste, shower gel. They only setup towels. AC and fan sometimes will turn themself. Worth price. I will recommend this place

Good and quite place in Gili Trawangan

Attention, the bungalows are really top. Clim, fridge, comfortable bed, outdoor bathroom.......Especially specify it at the reservation otherwise, you might end up in the rapunzel room, and there you would be disappointed. This 7h room with a tiny terrace and the bathroom is not full air. The pool is nice, but cleaner would be 👍. Breakfast choice. Excellent price ratio.

The bungalows 👍. Excellent value for money

-We love the location of this hotel as it is nearby to the main street. --The pool area was clean and quiet. 
- Bike rental rate was cheaper than outside
