Friendly staff. Free wifi although it can be slow at times it still works. Bring your own toiletries as nothing except toilet paper and towels are provided. Free breakfast provided. Breakfast includes eggs served multiple ways, toast, pancakes and beverages such as coffee, tea, orange juice. 

Cosy for the price of 250.000

Nice rooms, clean, good toilet. The bed comfy, a bit hot maybe to my liking. Maybe just me as my other friends didn't complaint much. Had to walk a bit from the beach. There's a small shop selling some basic items just behind the homestay. 

Nice rooms

The room has concrete rot from when it rains and the sink and bathroom have constant leaks, which continue even after asking for it to be fixed. The staff are very friendly, except for the person you discuss pricing with, who is friendly up till you pay, then has no idea what customer service is. You get a bed sheet and a pillow case and then that is the extent of the service, they don't clean them or the apartment until you move out.

Gili Trawangan is an amazing place, this is not

I rented an air con room for a month at Salsabila #3. It's kind of far out of town but I bought a bike so not big deal. 
The room was OK size wise. The airconditioning went out after four days and wasn't ever repaired despite my polite requests to get it fixed. At first I was told it would take a week to get a new switch from Lombok, but after ten days, I gave up and moved. I asked for new sheets after a week and was told that sheets cost 25,000 rupiah and that my room would be cleaned as well. I keep my room and toilet clean, I have purchased bleach and brush and only wanted the clean sheets; 25,000 rupiah! No internet here, and since it's out of town near the football field, it's rooster central. The roosters will wake you up so that you don't miss the 0500 call to prayer from the local mosque, not that you could due to the volume of the loudspeaker. When I complained to the manager and owner about no air con, and loud drunks, I told them I wanted to move out and was told that my money was gone and couldn't be refunded. What a joke. I told them that I was sure that the money I gave them was gone, however I was just fine with a refund using money that came in that day. No, no, no...
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the toilet float was stuck and wouldn't stop running unless the lid was removed and the float manually reset. On the bright side, they did replace the sink water faucet a few days after I let them know that it was dripping heavily and couldn't be turned completely off.

The attitude here was combative and not helpful in trying to secure a room that actually represented what I was told to expect.

Just in it for the money; no service

We hadnt made any reservation so when we arrived at Gili T we began our search to find a bed for the night. We looked at at least 6 rooms elsewhere which were horrible then we found this place which was much better than the others. We got a great deal including breakfast so cant complain about the value. The rooms are basic but it was clean. The mattress looked new. No bugs and no bites as previous review stated. Bathroom wasn't amazing but it was perfectly clean, just a couple of drips. There are chairs outside your room on the balcony area where they served us breakfast every morning. Good choice for breakfast different style eggs, pancakes etc. The staff were really friendly & helpful. Maybe they've made some improvements since the negative reviews as it really wasn't that bad. Don't expect the Ritz cos it's cheap but it did the job for us and plenty of other guests staying there who weren't complaining. We have been travelling Asia for 18 months & we have definitely stayed in worse. If you want a nicer room on Gili T you need to pay a lot more than what they charge here.
