Staff was very friendly, excellent people. However, there were bed bugs in my room! I felt them crawling on me and when I popped up blood went all over the sheets. I saw several of them crawling in the sheets. I told them and I was moved to another room which did not have bed bugs. Still, I was not able to sleep. I messaged the owner, and I never heard from them. I saw them cleaning the mattress the next day, but not sure how they clean it or what chemicals they may use. Sheets and bathroom were not very clean either. The guys who worked there were excellent though, very nice people and I'm sure they were trying their best with the limited resources they have. Breakfast was really good, very good coffee. Price was very cheap, but you get what you pay for. I gave two stars for the kind service and good breakfast, but the room itself gets 0 stars. 

You get what you pay for

The customer service was at an all time low. We booked here over booking.com to arrive and find that our family room with AC was already taken. The double room which we payed for 5000000 IDR (32€) was already not worth the money. The staff then knowingly tried to put us in a double room with a fan which was already booked by someone.While decussing with booking.com. The couple that initially booked the room arrived and went to thier room.In the meantime the staff found an option where we could stay for one night.This was in one of thier friends house, a bedroom in an appartment🙈.While dicussing what to do, the ownwer of the property came and started shouting at us, that we should be thankfull and take the solution he had offered.In the meantime we were offered anothe property a few KM from the customer service agent who didnt quite understand that what he was offering was on a diffrent Island 😁There was no appology offered, just the compensation from Booking.com after a whole day of traveling to get to Gilli T.

Dont book here EVER!!!

Good place to be for few days. The rooms are big and with light. Is pretty cheap, I was paying I think 80.000rph x night in a room without aircon, but with fan. Everything was clean. With the price is included breakfast and u can choose between coffee or tea. Food I'm not sure cause I always asked for the same.
The staff is friendly and always there to give a hand. They also play guitar and sing songs. 

Good and cheap

The staff here is so friendly.  Very nice, small free breakfast. It's a out a 3 minute walk to the beach front which is nice to get away. Linens and beds are clean. Nice shower.  For the price is a deal on private room. Recommended for 2 or 3 nights for sure! 

Pleasant 

we got a double bedroom during four days now in May, the air con was leaking all the water INSIDE the room, I asked three times to the girl on charge (that looked more as she was doing me a favor every time i asked for something) to fix the problem but they didn’t nothing, and on the second day the light switch stopped working so besides from having a wet and mould-smell room we were comoletely dark, and again the people in charge did nothing. I highly recommend you to spend a few more bucks and get a decent room

REALLY BAD

This place is run by some really friendly guys, who are always keen for a chat and to say hi, which is really nice. 

Breakfast is simple but good: banana pancakes, omlet, scrambled eggs, delicious coffee. 

The rooms are basic but comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom, fan or a/c available.

Location is a few minutes walk from the beach so it's a bit quieter.

The biggest thing, is that all of that comes at rock bottom prices. 

Nice place and super cheap 

My friend and I had a nice stay while we were here. We opted to go without air conditioning, but there was a fan. The location was nestled closer to the locals than the nightlife, which was absolutely perfect for us. The walk wasn't overly far from the beach so it was still a simple walk to see the sunrise in the morning. The food was pretty good, and the staff even helped us book a snorkeling tour the next day. As two young women my friend and I felt safe the entire time we were there. Just so you know, there is a mosque nearby and we could hear some of the prayers over the loudspeaker they were using to broadcast it, but it honestly made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall great place.

Friendly place away from the nightlife

We arrived to some friendly staff, we unpacked and it felt as though there was so many issues issue. 

Firstly the toilet didnt flush (they fixed it)
The wifi didnt work (they fixed it)
There was a shower but it was not working bur a tap which was cold.
Sheet on only one of beds 
Low air con
Many cockroaches 

I liked:

Breakfast was nice and the breakfast seating area in the 1st Ombak is nice.

The structure is nice, the bedrooms are basic, they're pretty spacious and clean, but there's a little humidity problem... it was raining in the bathroom! Seriously, to avoid getting wet you had to go with the umbrella. We didn't ask for the room change because they were complete, we arranged for a couple of nights. In return, the guys who run the structure are very cute, a touchstone for sympathy.

Good quiet location, delicious breakfast, very nice and helpful staff room and bathroom (see pictures) simply furnished, bathroom refurbished and stinking all the time, few plugs, clean bed, poor air conditioning
