Myself and a friend stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are tasteful and right in the middle of everything. Short walk to the beach and close to some great resteraunts. Staff were friendly and professional and met all our needs. I have stayed in accommodation at this price all over indonesia and this was by far the best. I would stay here again.

Great rooms. Good value.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were so welcoming and pleasant. The bungalow was spotless and decorated very well. We had breakfast included which was also good, banana pancakes and coffee:) Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place and staff

I stayed here for 4 days initially and returned the following week for another 4 days.

The rooms are very good value for money. Fans and ac are good, rooms don't get too hot during the day due to thatched roof over the veranda blocking the sun from hitting the windows. Beds are comfortable and the en suites are great. The staff are all friendly and are always up early to make breakfast.

There were recent incidents involving two former employees that have been mentioned in a previous review. I asked the staff about this. They were very upset about what happened and they assured me that all troublesome staff members had since been laid off and that they have left the island for Lombok.

Overall my stay here was very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I revisited the island!

Great value for money, nice rooms, good atmosphere.

Stayed here for five night. Lovely air-conditioned room. Situated close to the main beach and bars in a convenient area. Slight issue with being next to the mosque so this can create a certain amount of noise occasionally. Very helpful staff. 

Lovely accommodation 

This place is an absolute paradise. I arrived very early and Ari had my room ready. I was upgraded to an absolutely wonderful room with a lovely veranda and a heavenly hammock which was awesome! The place is spotless, the staff and owners could not have been more helpful or friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. I will be back and I will definitely stay here again... fully recommended! 🥰🥰 thanks Jeanie 

Amazing!

We loved the service and the tranquility of this small villa. A small misunderstanding upon arrival was handled very well and we were so pleased that we extended our stay. For the price, we felt that this villa was excellent value. Proximity to shops, cleanliness and breakfast served to your balcony make this villa a place I would definitely rebook when I want to unwind and enjoy a little seclusion right in the heart of the town. 

The only cons, are that it's very close to the mosque and it was difficult to sleep at times because the chanting was loud and that the breakfast menu could have had a little more variety, but enioying the culture immersion (or having ear plugs) and forgoing the breakfast for one of the many main street cafe's are both simple fixes. 



Quiet, Relaxing & Personal Attention 

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The entire place was very clean and beautifully set up, the staff working there were also very helpful. The location is great as it's far enough from the bars that you don't hear the music at night, however close enough so that walking there takes about 5-10 minutes to get to any of the bars, dive shops, restaurants or the beach. There are also lots of local food shops and stalls around the accommodation for any quick food or snacks. Loved it!

Cozy and cute Puri Sayang

I have just spent 2 nights at Puri Sayang and had a great time! The bungalows are lovely, really clean and beautifully decorated. The location is super close to the main strip of shops and bars but because it is in its own little compound it makes you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle.
Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Puri Sayang Bungalows - a great value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the TV had cable  so that our kids were entertained, and the air conditioner was great for a cool down after being at the beach.  There was also a DVD player so we could play movies we bought on the beach. We were not sure how to get the hot water to work so were grateful that the staff sorted that out fast for us. The staff were helpful and made us a good breakfast-- get the banana pancakes! Before our visit, Jeanie sent a map with some helpful information. The staff helped get us get bicycles so we could go around the island and loved the sunset drum jam at  Exile the Jeanie suggested. We were not sure what the condition of the island would be after the earthquake, but were pleased to see that businesses were open and life was back to normal. We all snorkelled everyday and saw loads of fish and turtles. Location not far from the place boats drop you off. Jeanie's map was correct- it was a short walk. And the beach just a 5 min walk.  We will be back to Puri Sayang bungalows and can highly recommend. 

Lovely rooms, staff and location

Power went out, no generator bring back electricity for aircon,  the room was nice, the rest of the place is in disrepair.  Nobody seems to know anything about places on the island to go to, things to do, excursions worth taking etc.
