We booked online for five nights, we e-mailed about their services, we went to the place and we were surprised to find this abandoned hotel.

Hotel abandoned

We had booked our accommodation from Australia months in advanced & they took our money with no problem. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying under construction. We had no notification that this could happen during our booked dates. No one was there to inform us either.
If it wasn't for the resort next door-Le Pirate we would have been stranded for 2 nights. Le Pirate rang a place on the other side of the island & got us a booking & also were very kind in helping us transport our luggage by bike to the accommodation. They also lent us 2 bikes so we could get there. Would highly recommend Le Pirate but can not comment on accommodation as we didn't stay there but their service in helping us excellent. Thank you Le Pirate for all your help. Nina.

When we first arrived, the hotel looked nice, and on further investigation discovered the television did not work and there were a few other minor issues.  BUT considering there was a major earthquake a few kilometres away not long ago, consideration must be given to this as it is no fault of the owners or staff for lost tv reception.

Our room was clean when we moved in, the staff were extremely helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the private pool was a delight to use after a day of activities on the island.  A cooling soak with a cold refreshing beverage, what couls be better.

My only comment is for additional tea spoons in the rooms, some coffe cups and the like, as there was some kitchen appliences in the room, but nothing to use for eating and drinking what was cooked.

Excellent considering.......

We have stayed 3 nights at Jasia. Whence we have arrived the room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. During 3 days stay we never get drinking water in the room, there wasn't breakfast either. Only we got view sunset scenery and the money we have paid for villa , i would consider it was 2 star hotel service. Very far from jetty and they dont provide us bikes, so we purchased everything during our stay .

Not worth for what we have paid for villa

During visiting Trawangan I tried to stay here with the aim of being able to enjoy beautiful Sunset. so I decided to stay here.

We decided on this hotel because when we saw the photos of the room we were quite impressed by the fact that there was a private swimming pool and the room itself was quite new. Our disappointment was when we arrived, although it is true that the room was just like the photos. Of the five nights we stayed only made our bed for one day (the first) and because we asked for it, that if they would come to clean the room and make the bed, at 5 pm it seemed to us rare that the room service had not yet passed. When the staff were sitting at the reception or in the bar doing nothing. So you see that the adjacent hotels were playing music and drinking and drinking, we had to email music to one of the workers and it was put on, and within 1 hour of 18 people we had two other people sitting there, two of whom were sitting at the hotel, and two other people were sitting there to make the famous photo of Justo Columpo at the hotel.

3 of 4 weren’t satisfyed of their meals. Beef isn’t the best but if you want something else it can be ok :) service wasn’t best in the world but ok. The wiew was nice on the beach! Few meals were soldout.

Just eating there

Having a pool in your room is one of the highlights of this beautiful villa... It's in the area of the best sunsets on the island and it's a quiet area, they say there's a lot of party going on in Gili and I never heard of anything. Try not to leave the windows open, in our case they put in two huge spiders... The hotel people commented that they weren't dangerous but just in case... I'd avoid keeping them open! The only thing I'm saying is that in every Gili is the same (less in the harbor area)... that they burn the garbage in the lake or just not the queman and the dejan drawn near the beach, but it's a pity the plastic and the cans drawn!

Beachfront villas with private swimming pool!

The villas are gorgeous, the private pool is very large and the cleaning of all the spaces is excellent. A peck is definitely breakfast, there is a paper menu where you can order only a snack and a drink, but the choice is really too limited especially for those who prefer the sweet. I tried a couple of times also the dining room for lunch and it's not bad but the problem a little like all over the island is the little variety of choice. It's nice to snack and drink something on the beach with your feet in the sand especially at sunset time where you have a spectacular view from this side of the island.

Great location, unique breakfast and beach.

We were here for dinner at the restaurant in the evening. There are enough seats right on the beach, except for us, there was only one family in the restaurant. The card convinced us through a variety of dishes. We ordered chicken curry and chicken pepper. Both were incredibly delicious, I would have liked to have ordered another serving right away. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. For dessert we had banana split and chocolate mousse, which was to be cleaned. I have never had such a delicious mousse. The prices are fine, we paid IDR 425,000 for 6 bikers, head and dessert in two.
