The staff and hotel maids treated me with kindness, and I thought the service was excellent. I believe that the first impression I had of this hotel was sufficient for me to have faith in its comfort and service.

Best First Service

My goal for a holiday is to find tranquility, and I find complete calm at this hotel, which, in my opinion, has easy access to nearby tourist attractions. As a result, I no longer need to search for alternative routes to the recreation area I want to visit.

The importance of a hotel with a strong network connection cannot be overstated. Because of the spot's poor internet connection, there are frequently a few spots that irritate me. For us as guests, the hotel's wifi is quite useful.

Every morning, cleaners and maids visit us to clean and organize our room. In addition, the cleaners are constantly assessing our comfort while staying at the hotel. i feel their level of service towards cleaning should be appreciated

The underwater area is something I admire, but I am not a diving expert. In my opinion, New Melati Hotel provides good care in teaching a diving course to a layman like me, and I also prefer to use a bicycle as my primary mode of transportation. According to me, the hotel's bicycle rental makes it easier for me to travel carbon-free.

One of the hotel in Gorontalo city which is very suitable for lovers of locations near urban areas.Places to eat are also very close to this hotel.The room price is also still quite fitting with the cost rather cheap especially including breakfast. This hotel is the only hotel in Gorontalo that has a garden. Tourist information is also very complete in this hotel especially for foreign tourists. If you want to enjoy a tour in Gorontalo, this hotel is also very helpful with complete tourist information. Ardhy is one of the tour guide who can help you to explore Gorontalo nature.The hotel receptionist can help you to contact Ardhy if you can't find him in the hotel. He is one of the guide who is quite experienced in Gorontalo and also very knowledgeable about Gorontalo and other areas in Sulawesi

Tour Gorontalo 

It was nice to stay three days at New Melati. The garden inside the hotel is nice to relax and have a coffee or tea. A shop from the hotel is nearby and offer cold drinks as well. The owner or the tourist guides there offer nice tours to see the whale sharks and try to find the best solution to go to the Togeans as Gorontalo is known for transit.

Ask for ADNAN in New Melati! He is a great tourguide with good English. So you can discuss your individual wishes with him. He knows the city and area around very well: you can go with him to the jungle, to beaches, great snorkeling spots and visit markets, local food... He is not looking for any commission. He is just showing you what you like and request, e. g. he showed us a little, hidden workshop/shop for machete (indonesian PARANG ;-)). If you are waiting to go to Togean you can spent easily one or two days with ADNAN or even more, like we did :-).
