🙏🏽 A Big Heart Felt Shout Out And Prayer For Our Butler Maru who sadly passed away 12/06/2025 Rest In Peace Maru - Heaven Has Gained A Very Young Angel 🌺 A Dreamy Two Weeks in Paradise – Merusaka Nusa Dua, March 2025 We spent two unforgettable weeks in a Private Pool Villa at Merusaka Nusa Dua this March and can honestly say it was one of the most rejuvenating, luxurious, and well-balanced holidays we’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, this resort ticked every box and then some! 🏨 Check-In & First Impressions From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and seamless. Staff greeted us with cool towels, refreshing drinks, and genuine smiles — setting the tone for our stay. The open-air lobby with its Balinese-style architecture gave us that immediate "we're really in Bali" feeling. 🛌 Accommodation – Pure Bliss We booked a Private Pool Villa, and WOW — totally worth it. Imagine walking straight out of your private terrace and into your own sparkling private pool every morning 🌊. The villa was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with local accents, modern comforts, and one of the comfiest bed we’ve slept on in ages! 💡 Tip: The pool access rooms on the ground floor offer direct swim-up luxury and extra privacy. 🍽️ Food & Dining Floating Breakfast was an event to look forward to! Also an impressive buffet with Western and Asian choices, fresh tropical fruit, juices, and made-to-order egg stations. We loved rotating between the main restaurants and beachside options for variety. We also dined at the Ja’Jan Bistro and enjoyed several romantic beachfront meals—especially during happy hour 🍹🌅. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. 🏝️ Beach, Pool & Grounds The private beachfront at Merusaka is one of the resort’s biggest highlights. Pristine white sand, calm turquoise waters, and plenty of sun loungers. Our Butlers were attentive and happy to set us up wherever we wanted. The beach is perfect for long morning walks or lazy afternoons under a palm tree. The lagoon pools are enormous and spread throughout the resort, so even on busy days, it never felt crowded. 🌴💦 🧘‍♀️ Activities & Relaxation We took full advantage of the morning yoga sessions, beachfront strolls, and spa treatments. The INAYA Spa was heavenly — the Balinese massage is a must. We also enjoyed the free bikes and cycled along the scenic Nusa Dua pathway. There’s entertainment most nights, from live music to traditional dance — nothing loud or overdone, just the perfect balance of chill and charm. 🤝 Service & Staff - Where do we begin? The staff at Merusaka are absolute stars 🌟. From Butlers to housekeeping to pool attendants to restaurant servers, everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay amazing. MASSIVE THANK-YOU to Butlers Maru, Juna, Mesha, Adip and Komang to which all were so professional and customer focused and make our stay sooo amazing als a MASSIVE THANK-YOU to all Waitresses and Servers including some of the VERY BEST Sudarmini, Eva and Adi Whaya. 🛍️ Location & Extras Being in the heart of the Nusa Dua tourism complex meant we had easy access to shops, local markets, and the Bali Collection (just a short walk or shuttle ride).
