Our family, ranging from an active 9 year old to a disabled 76 year old, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Griya Santrian. There were plenty of activities for the kids with the lovely beach and pool in addition to table tennis and board games when we needed to get out of the sun or rain. The entire resort is accessible by wheelchair and they installed a ramp to access the room. We had side-by-side beach wing rooms, which have been renovated. We were not disturbed at all by renovation noises. It seems to be mostly done. They were just working on the beach front restaurant during our stay but it didn't really affect us. The rooms are equipped with large screen tvs, mini bar, good AC's and a safe. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The gardens are gorgeous! Location is amazing with lovely beachfront, close to restaurants and shops. Icon Bali is a few minutes walk down the promenade. Last but not least, the staff are wonderful. The service is personal, friendly and helpful. They put a nonslip mat in the shower of my mother's room without even being asked. Above and beyond. We'll be back!
