To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform. The second phase of our Superior room upgrading to Deluxe room program commenced September 24, 2019. All work is cosmetic only with no construction work involved. This will place the 2nd & 3rd floors of the West Wing out of service. However, the 1st floor which was completed by May 31, 2019 will also be kept out of service, due to the work being carried out on the floors above. Work on the West Wing will be completed by October 23, 2019. In the meantime, all guests will be accommodated in the East Wing and should not be disturbed in any way. Upgrading of the East Wing is scheduled to commence on October 24, 2019 and be completed by November 22, 2019. During this period, guests will be accommodated only in the West Wing, once again isolating them from any disturbance. The upgrading of the Garden & Pool Villas from ‘Balinese’ to ‘contemporary’ style in the # 600, # 700 & # 800 series to the south of the lobby will commence on November 01, 2019 and is scheduled for completion in May 2020. During this period all guest with villa reservations will be accommodated in the newly renovated # 400 & # 500 series to the north of the lobby and will not be disturbed in their villa by the work in progress. Unlike the first phase of renovation in which the villas were completely out of sight and therefore caused no adverse comments from guests, the second phase will unfortunately be visible from the lobby and the central walkway down to the River Café & spa and this may have some psychological impact on guests. There may also be some noise discernible at the main pool, but definitely not in the spa pool area. However, in the eventuality of any disturbance to our guests, we will handle such concerns to the best of our ability. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply).
