Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort 

My wife and I had one of the most amazing stays at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who always greeted us with genuine smiles. The room was fantastic—comfortable, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, who did an incredible job decorating our room. It was such a lovely surprise and made my wife really happy. They also went the extra mile by providing a luggage rack and even arranging a clothes rack for items we had drying on the balcony—such thoughtful touches really made a difference. We also want to thank the front desk staff on the night of 8th May, who kindly arranged a breakfast box for us. This completely solved our breakfast headache on 9th May, as we had to leave early in the morning for a day trip before breakfast service started. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get their name, but their initiative and helpfulness were truly appreciated. On our last day, we experienced a small issue during breakfast, but the team handled it extremely well. Their professionalism and service recovery were impressive—kudos to the breakfast team. Overall, the service throughout our stay was outstanding, and we truly felt well taken care of. We will definitely return when we visit Bali again next year. Highly recommended!
