My wife and I were looking for a hotel near the beach for our daughter, who loves playing on the sand. This turned out to be the best choice we could have made—we had a wonderful time thanks to the excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the security team kindly took care of our car parking and remained helpful throughout our stay. Every time we passed the reception, everyone greeted us with genuine Balinese smiles. A special thanks to Lilik, who came to our table in the morning and told us about the Balinese dress photo opportunity. Our daughter was overjoyed to do it, and it became one of her best memories. Next, the breakfast team—superb! Thank you to the F&B team for preparing great breakfasts each morning and always being eager to help guests. Special thanks to Suita “Gede,” who delivered top-notch service with a smile. The housekeeping team was also very kind, always smiling and greeting us even when they were busy—I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names. Thank you for cleaning our room and accommodating our requests; you all did a great job. Keep it up! We really didn’t expect this level of service, just like at a 5-star hotel.
