Im happy with my stay this time, after bad review on my previous stay i feel oblige to appreciate their improvement.

Hotel is full during our stay, but check in was fast and smooth. My main complain during previous stay was dusty and un maintain room, but this time their room is clean and well prepared. I have no issue with dust nor smell in room.

Their pool was also clean, even the pool stil used by outside guest for swimming lesson. But its lot cleaner, maybe because their renovation project is done.

Good improvement.

The room and bathroom are clean. This is the 2nd time I stay here when I have to work in Jember area. The breakfast is not bad. The staff is friendly. The one that you need to conside if you stay here that there is no restairant around the hotel. But there is room service that you can order food.

Good convenient hotel

The hotel is very well located, the room was very well sized, it was very clean, the room service dinner had a great price and an amazing taste; it was very well cooked! One of the good things of breakfast were the poached eggs you can ask for, they were really nicely done. The staff at the reception desk were always ready to help, and always with a smile. If you’re passing through Jember, we recommend this hotel, specially we highly recommend this hotel for young couples or those not so young if you enjoy singing and music, as there is a bar with music, and a karaoke bar with opening hours until 1am. Thank you to hotel Manager Wahyu, we will come back as soon as we go to Jember again!

Great for young couples! Great hotel!

I stayed for a night in this hotel with 3 kids, wife and parents. We booked 2 suite room, which is significantly bigger than deluxe room. 
We arrived around 12 pm, 1 room is avail but another need another hour to prepare. Receptions service was good, friednly and efficient. 
Room size is good, king bed with additional small couch (good for kids below 5 yo to sleep). Room design was plain and most disturbing thing is ots dirty, floor is dusty so we need to clean it with wet door matt. Bathroom sink also has bad odor, its also not so clean.
We went to swim at afternoon, in my surprise there are plenty of outside guest practicing swimming with their coach. Its such an odd experience, as its during weekend where guests occupancy is high they shouldn’t allow non guess to dominate the pool. Pool area also amid renovation process which make this area very dirty and dusty. 
In general hotel are lack of maintenance, so many unmaintain facility. They should pay serious attention to their facility conditions.

I didnt expect my stay in aston jember would be very a memorable night. I stayed there for 2 nights. Check in was fast, the receptionists was helpful and they were very kind. If i wasnt mistaken they were shelly and satria. The room was nice with little bit dark ambience. They had pool and gym, not a quite big pool but it was a good pool. the pool located beside the cafe. I met Susilo, their FB manager, they said so. Susilo served me well and had little nice talk, a generous man i presumed. Their breakfast is ok, nothing to complain. Check out was fast, I met Teddy, their receptionist manager, he was helpful as well. I recommend aston jember to everyone to stay or just a drop by.
